The gentle breath as you feel it come in and out of your nose.
Feeling the rise and fall of your chest and abdomen.
Feeling the coolness of the air as it enters your nostrils and the warmth as it passes back out again.
As you breathe out you become softer and more relaxed.
Softer and more relaxed.
Using your imagination see yourself arriving at your school on the morning of an important exam.
Look around the school,
It's very familiar.
Look at what is on the ground and look at the different rooms.
Smell the aroma of your school.
You look at your hands and you are holding everything you need for your test.
Feel into your mind and know that you have all the knowledge ready.
You feel strong and confident.
You feel excitement as you walk towards the test room.
You are ready,
You have studied and you know you are going to do well.
You smile as you walk into the test room and go to your seat.
You take a deep breath and feel calm and relaxed.
You say in your mind,
I am ready to do this test.
Only positive thoughts will be allowed to enter my mind.
I think clearly and answer all questions.
I now choose to remember all the information I have studied for this subject.
When you open your eyes everyone in the room is seated and the teacher asks you to begin.
Watch yourself as you write steadily for the whole test,
Seeing a look of concentration and reflection on your face.
You finish writing,
Pick up the paper and read over your work with satisfaction,
Feeling impressed that you have written well and how you have written it.
The test finishes and you stand up and leave the room.
A huge smile curls on your lips as you step outside and a feeling of ease,
Happiness and joy comes over you.
