Take a deep breath in and close your eyes.
Feel supported on what you are seated on,
A chair or the floor.
Inhale lengthen the spine and pull the crown of your head towards the ceiling.
Place your palms on your thighs and bring your attention into the air.
Take a deep breath in and when you breathe out,
The breath goes down your spine,
Down to your tailbone.
Drop your attention into the earth and let yourself ground.
Imagine there's a cord from your tailbone into the center of the earth and at the bottom of that cord is a gold anchor.
Take a deep breath in and a deep breath out.
The air goes down the spine,
Down the vertebra,
All the way down into the earth.
Tell your mind to take a pause.
All the thoughts in your head.
Imagine there's a little off button and you press that off button.
Your mind is allowed to relax into this present moment with your breath.
Take another deep breath in.
Let the mind settle.
And exhale,
Let the breath go down your spine,
Down your vertebra,
Down your tailbone.
Tell the mind the truth.
That I'm safe,
I'm protected and I'm well cared for.
Imagine as though there are birds flying around your head,
All of the ideas,
The thoughts,
The voices.
They're all settling down and then they stop and pause.
Take a deep breath in,
Letting the breath go down,
Sliding down your vertebra to your tailbone and into the earth.
The cord takes you right into the earth's energy where we find ourselves calm and at peace and fully present here with the truth.
I am safe,
I am protected and I am well cared for.
Notice the state of your mind.
Does it feel relieved?
It becomes very simple.

Deep breath in,
Deep breath out.
See the energy,
The oxygen going down your spine,
Down your vertebra to your tailbone.
Imagine that cord all the way down into the earth,
A big long line of energy.
The thoughts just dropping into the gold anchor.
