This guided meditation is to help you align with the energy frequency of Aries season. Expect a body scan from the base of your spine up your third eye chakra. Energetic pearl of light visualization is a technique to help you find courage and strength.

Welcome to Aries season.

This is a meditation to gain courage and strength just like the qualities of Aries.

Let's take a few minutes to ground in,

Finding a nice tall spine.

Have your right hand on top of your left in your lap.

Crown of the head directly over your sitting bones.

Close the eyes and let the shoulders melt down the back.

Relax the jaw and the space between the eyebrows.

Relax the forehead.

Take a moment to observe the quality of your breath.

Just a little pause,

Just a little check in.

Is the breath moist,

Warm,

Shallow,

Deep,

Or slow?

Keep encouraging your shoulders to drop down the back and your heart to lift.

Now intentionally invite the breath to deepen.

Creating a fuller,

More robust inhale and exhale.

Draw awareness to your sits bones plugged into the ground or wherever you're sitting.

Then draw that awareness up to your low back and the area around your navel.

On the next inhale,

Drawing that energy that light up again to the area of the breastbone,

The sternum,

The heart,

And behind you between the shoulder blades.

On an inhale,

That light,

That awareness rising up again to the throat and to the back of the neck.

On your next inhale,

Let your awareness drift up to that space just above and between the eyebrows.

Just allow the mind to rest on the feeling of the breath in the belly.

Sense the rising and falling of the stomach with each inhale and exhale.

Now imagine a pearl of light in the center of your torso.

See this pearl expand and contract with every breath.

As you inhale,

Feel the energy being drawn through the palms of your hands and the soles of your feet up through your legs and arms,

Filling the pearl of light.

As you exhale,

Feel the energy spread throughout your entire body.

On each inhale,

All of the energy draws into your center,

Expanding you,

Filling you up.

And on every exhale,

All of this energy spreads throughout the rest of your body.

Notice you're not releasing any energy,

But instead circulating it throughout your entire body.

As you continue to breathe,

Feel this life force growing and becoming stronger.

Feel this life force become vibrant as it allows you to face adversity with courage and strength.

Now bring your hands to prayer at heart center,

And if you'd like,

You can put your thumbs at that point just above and between the eyebrows.

Take a deep,

Nourishing breath in.

Exhale,

Sighing through the nose or the mouth.

Let everything go.

One more deep breath in like this,

Inhaling and exhaling completely.

Let the hands drift down,

Float down.

Dip the chin.

Blink your eyes open,

Coming back into your space.
