This is a technique where you will exhale for double the time that you inhale.

So as you settle into your comfortable position,

Allow yourself to turn your attention away from the external world and center your focus inward.

Close your eyes and begin to notice your breathing.

That gentle rhythm that constantly supports you.

We're about to go into this breathing technique.

This practice will connect you with your deeper self,

Helping to create a foundation for manifesting your desires.

You'll start by taking a steady breath in,

Counting to 4,

Feel the air entering your nostrils and traveling down your lungs,

Filling them with fresh invigorating energy.

Allow this energy to permeate every cell,

Preparing your entire being for a transformative experience.

You will then elongate your exhale to a count of 8,

Releasing it slowly and consciously.

Imagine letting go of any constraints or negativity that has been hindering your progress.
