The healing meditations are designed to heal and expand your relationship with your inner world and self,
Gently bringing you to an inner awareness and a calmness to ground and balance you.

Please find yourself a comfortable position,
Close your eyes and relax.
Take a deep breath in and out.
One more time,
Deep breath in and out.
Just bring your attention to the top of your head,
Your scalp,
Your forehead.
Notice any sensations as you just let those muscles and ligaments release and relax.
Bring your attention down to your eyes,
Your eyelids and just let your eyes settle.
Let your eyelids feel heavy.
Bring your attention down to your mouth and your jaw and just release any tension in your jaw and feel your body start to release and relax.
Breathing in,
Breathing out,
Bring your attention down to your neck and just let all your neck muscles release and relax.
Feel your body start to settle.
I want you to take a deep breath in and exhale,
Drop your shoulders and just release all tension.
Let your tension flow down your arms and out of your hands.
If your mind wanders,
Just come back to my voice as you bring your attention to your breath.
Notice the sensation of breathing in.
Notice how it feels as your lungs fill with air,
How you know exactly when to let go.
Just find your natural rhythm,
Nothing is forced.
Feel the sensation of air going into your nose.
Feel the warmth as you exhale and just allow the rhythm of your voice and the rhythm of your breath to bring you deeper and deeper into relaxation.
Breathing in,
Breathing out,
Just notice your heartbeat and know with every beat of your heart you go deeper and deeper into relaxation.
Bring your attention down to your torso and just let all your internal organs slow and relax.
Allow the chant in the background to bring you deeper and deeper into relaxation as you bring your attention down to your hips and lower back muscles.
Just open up and let go,
Let your body sink deeper and deeper into a calmness.
Bring your attention down to your thighs and just feel your thigh muscles release and relax.
Breathing in,
Breathing out,
Just allow your body to let go as you bring your attention down to your knees and calves and just let your calf muscles relax and let go.
Just take a deep inhale in and on exhale allow a wave of relaxation to flow down your body slowly and out of your feet.
Now I want you to see a golden spiral path in front of you.
Step onto that path and start walking down that spiral.
Look down at your feet and see your feet walking down,
Down,
Down that spiral.
And the further down the spiral path you go,
The deeper into relaxation you go.
See your feet,
Feel the path beneath your feet and just walk down deeper and deeper down that spiral.
And as you come to the end of the path,
I want you to bring your attention into your heart.
And just feel the stillness and the quiet of your inner world.
And as you listen to this chant,
I want you to imagine there's little seeds being planted into your heart.
The vibration of this chant and the sound transforms.
It can heal.
So imagine a seed being planted and as you allow the vibration of the chant,
That seed of healing grows.
Breathe that into your heart and allow that to expand to your body.
The healing vibration.
It can take you down to a deep calm.
So breathe that into your heart and feel the calm come over you.
Listen to the chant,
Feel the vibration and allow it to bring you into balance within and around you.
Feel that seed being planted in your heart and allow the vibration to bring balance as that seed grows in your heart and throughout your body.
Breathe that into your heart and feel the balance within and feel the balance around you.
And now imagine a seed of rebirth is being planted in your heart.
A seed of change.
Breathe that into your heart and allow it to expand and vibrate and grow through your entire body.
Breathe in,
Breathe out and just allow the vibration of this chant to go through you and allow those seeds to grow within your heart.
Feel the vibration healing you.
Allow the vibration to bring a calm to your inner world.
Feel the balance within you.
Feel the balance in your world around you.
Feel the seed of change planted in your heart.
Invoke an inner genius and place it within it.
It's a good bean for mental health.
Breathe these words into your heart.
Repeat the chant and let it vibrate.

Feel the vibration in your cells.

Breathe into your heart.

These are seed vibrations.
Allow them to vibrate through your body,
Each cell.
