Open Heart Meditation® is a natural practice to cleanse negative emotions from our spiritual heart, relieve anxiety, reduce stress and help us to feel calmer, more peaceful, and joyful in our daily life. While this form of meditation is spiritual in nature, it is intentionally non-denominational, connecting our heart to True Source, which is a universal term for the Source of Unconditional Love.

This is Vic and welcome to my podcast.

I wanted to come on today to announce some exciting news about live evening meditations that I will be performing soon.

Always find yourself a comfortable position,

Close your eyes,

And relax.

Sit comfortably and place your hands on your lap facing up.

This is the receiving position.

Relax and smile.

Let your mind and your whole self be here and now to do this open heart meditation properly.

Just be here.

And while relaxing and smiling,

Breathe deeply without forcing yourself.

Just breathe deeply in through your nose and out through your mouth to release all thoughts and tensions from your whole being.

Feel your body relax.

Drop your shoulders.

Let go of all muscles and just feel your body relax as you breathe in deeply through your nose and out through your mouth.

Drop your shoulders.

Release any tension in your jaw.

Relax your thigh muscles.

Allow your eyes to settle and just relax and continue to breathe.

Inhale deeply and exhale to feel yourself become more and more relaxed.

Inhale deeply and exhale to let go of all remaining thoughts and all remaining tensions and just enjoy and smile.

Just be relaxed and keep smiling and now bring your breath to a normal rhythm through your nose and just find your natural rhythm.

Breathing in,

Breathing out,

Smiling,

Letting go of all muscles and sinking deeper and deeper into your seat.

And now touch the center of your chest where your heart is with your fingers.

Feel your heart and smile to your heart without thinking how.

Just smile to your heart with all your feelings.

Feel that smile in your heart gradually become calmer,

More relaxed,

Lighter and peaceful as your heart starts to grow stronger.

While you keep touching your heart and you keep on smiling,

Just simply smile at your heart and feel the feelings.

And we're going to pray to Source to ask for blessings to cleanse negative emotions from our heart.

While praying,

You don't have to repeat the prayer.

Simply keep smiling to your heart.

True Source,

Please bless our heart so that all arrogance can be removed to be replaced with your love and light.

True Source,

Please bless our heart so all anger can be cleansed and removed to be replaced with your love and light.

Breathing in,

Breathing out,

Just keep smiling to your heart.

True Source,

Please bless our heart so that selfishness can be cleansed and removed to be replaced with your love and light.

True Source,

Please bless our heart so that all envy and jealousy may be cleansed and removed to be replaced with your love and light.

Just smile to your heart.

Breathing in,

Breathing out.

Please bless our heart so that all greediness and cunningness may be cleansed and removed to be replaced with your love and light.

To direct our heart toward you,

To open our heart for you better,

To feel our whole heart and feelings with peace,

Calmness,

Joy,

And all the wonderful feelings that come from your love and light.

Breathe it into your heart and smile to your heart.

Please bless and help us to be able to feel the presence of your love and light within our heart,

To enjoy,

To let your love and light do the best,

Not only for our heart,

But for our whole being.

Feel that love and light flooding your heart while you smile and enjoy the feeling.

From the Universe,

From God.

Just feel that light in your heart.

Just keep smiling freely and enjoying the love and light.

If your mind wanders,

Just come back to the music,

Come back to my voice,

Come back to your smile,

Come back to your heart and just feel it opening and receiving love and light from the Source,

From the Universe,

Pouring into you as you smile freely at your heart.

Feel how that feels.

Feel how much lighter you feel.

Feel what it feels like to smile at your heart.

Breathe into that.

Breathe into your heart.

Feel the weight of all those things.

Anger,

Arrogance,

Selfishness,

Greediness.

Feel the lightness of those being cleansed and removed.

Feel how good that feels in your heart as you smile at your heart.

Breathing in,

Breathing out,

While smiling freely and enjoying the love and light,

Slowly move your fingers,

Move your toes,

And slowly open your eyes and share the love.
