Hello and welcome to this short meditation for calming anxiousness.
My name is Victoria and I'm so happy that you are here and so proud of you for taking care of yourself.
So let's begin by finding a comfortable position,
Whether seated or lying down.
Gently move your body to help you settle into stillness,
Maybe rolling out the neck or the ankles and wrists.
Stretching your arms overhead.
As you feel ready for stillness.
Place one hand on your heart,
One hand on your belly,
And take five slow breaths here.
Inhaling through your nose,
Feel your belly and chest expand.
And exhaling slowly out to your mouth.
Continue here at your own pace,
Feeling your breath gently move your body up and down.
Taking one more breath,
Just like this.
And then you can leave your hands on your body if that feels good,
Or if you'd like to gently rest them in your thighs down by your side.
And staying with a slow breath here,
Inhale through your nose for four.
Three,
To One.
And like you're blowing out a straw,
Slowly exhale out the mouth for seven,
Six,
Five,
Four,
Three,
Two,
One.
Inhale,
Four,
Three,
Two,
One.
Exhale,
Seven,
Six,
Five,
Four,
Three,
Two,
One.
Again,
Inhale for four,
Learn?
Exhale for seven.
Inhale for four.
Exhale for seven.
Last round here,
Inhale for four.
Exhale for seven.
Now return to your natural breath.
Take a moment to observe how you are feeling.
And now let's take a gentle cleansing breath.
Breathe in through your nose.
And exhale,
Sigh it out your mouth.
Now repeating these affirmations in your mind or out loud.
And know that it's okay if they don't feel true to you right now.
Just listening to my voice is sending this positive energy to you.

Now take another deep breath in through your nose.
And exhale,
Sigh it out,
Your mouth.
Sealing these affirmations into your heart,
