Hello,
My name is Victoria.
Welcome to this EFT tapping meditation to remind yourself that you are enough.
In this world where we are always on the go and striving for more,
It's easy to forget our innate worth and that we are enough just as we are.
So today we will tap into the mindset of I have enough,
I do enough,
And I am enough.
Let's start by taking three deep cleansing breaths to prepare.
Take a deep inhale through your nose.
And exhale,
Sigh it out,
Your mouth.
Now do that two more times at your own pace.
Now begin tapping at the karate chop side of your hand.
Even though I have these thoughts that tell me I need to do more right now,
I know that I am doing enough.
Even though I may feel like I am lacking something in my life,
I know that I have enough.
Even though I may think I need to be more than who I am right now,
I know that I am enough just as I am.
Tap at your eyebrow.
Sometimes I feel like I need to be doing more.
Side of your eye,
But in reality I am doing enough.
Under your eye,
Sometimes I compare myself to others.
Under your nose and it makes me think that I am not doing enough.
Tap at your chin.
But in reality,
I truly am.
Tap on your chest.
I take care of myself and I am doing enough.
Tap at your underarm.
I do not need to do more to be proud of who I am right now.
Top of your head.
I am enough just as I am.
Now take a deep breath in through your nose.
And exhale,
Sigh it out to your mouth.
Now start tapping at your eyebrow.
Sometimes I feel like I need to prove my worth.
Side of your eye by working harder or achieving more.
Under I,
I've spent so much of my life striving.
Under your nose,
Believing I needed to earn my value.
Tap at your chin,
But my worth is not something I have to prove.
Tap at your chest.
My value exists simply because I exist.
Underarm,
I release the pressure to constantly do more.
Top of your head.
I am worthy exactly as I am.
Take another deep breath in through your nose.
Exhale,
Sigh it out your mouth.
And now this is our last round together.
Tap at your eyebrow.
What if I allowed myself to trust that I am enough?
Side of your eye?
What if I stopped measuring myself against impossible standards?
Under I,
I honor how far I have come.
Under your nose.
I honor all that I am becoming.
Tap at your chin.
I choose to meet myself with kindness and compassion.
Chest,
I'm learning to celebrate myself as I am today.
Underarm,
I do not need to change who I am to be worthy of love.
Top of your head.
I am enough.
I have always been enough.
And I will always be enough.
Now take a deep breath in through your nose.
Exhale,
Sigh it out your mouth.
And pause here for just a moment to observe how you're feeling.
It's okay if you don't notice or feel any significant change right now.
And remember that you are enough just as you are.
I hope the rest of your day is filled with love and tenderness.
Until next time.
You
