Find a comfortable position,
Close your eyes and take a couple of deep breaths.
Breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth at least a few times.
Setting strong intention to release any tension with each exhalation.
Breathing more deeply and more slowly each time.
Visualizing how the body relaxes more and more and more.
If any thoughts arise that's okay,
Just don't engage with them.
Bring your awareness back to your breath and see them disappearing like clouds in the sky.
Now visualize yourself in a meadow.
It is a lovely sunny day,
The sky is blue and the green grass feels cool and soft under your feet.
You start walking along this meadow enjoying the views,
The smells,
The sounds.
In the distance you see a tree.
It is a huge tree.
It's so tall that its branches touch the sky.
It is the tree of life that connects us with the lower world,
Our history and the upper world,
The place of our becoming.
You walk towards the tree and touch it with your hand.
Slowly merge with it and visualize yourself inside it.
Today we're going to journey to the upper world and you feel how the sap and the life force of the tree is taking you higher and higher and higher until you reach the highest branch.
Here there is a ladder and you climb up this ladder until you get to a point where everything is pure white light.
Feel the tingling of this pure divine energy like you were merging with it.
Here everything is possible,
Everything is perfect.
We are all one.
And now visualize how a shower of unconditional love and healing energy fills up your entire body.
Visualize this energy washing away any dirty energy,
Stagnant old energy,
Anything that is no longer serving you.
Feel how any blockages are being released leaving your body and replaced with unconditional love and healing energy.
Feeling cleansed and refreshed.
And now you see how a being of golden light approaches you.
It is your higher self.
It looks like a crystalline version of yourself.
It is here to guide you,
To protect you,
To support you in your journey.
And you ask her to show you your highest potential,
Your highest destiny.
The timeline where you become your best.
When you embrace your powers,
Your purpose and you live to your fullest potential.
So your higher self takes you to a pond full of clear,
Pristine water.
The water is so calm that it is like a mirror.
You get closer to this pond and touch the water with your hand.
This water is going to show you your highest destiny,
Your highest potential.

How are you being of service?
Who are you with?
What lessons have you learned?
What talents are you sharing with the world?
Welcome any images or words,
Messages,
Or maybe it's just sensations that might appear.
Just be an observer.
And now let these images in the pond fade away and turn back to your higher self.

And slowly start to make your way back down through the ladder,
Through the branches of the tree,
Through the trunk,
All the way to the ground.
Out of the tree and back to the beautiful meadow where you came from.
Taking a deep breath here,
Feeling grateful,
Knowing that you have established a strong connection with your Higher Self.
And that you can come back here for advice and guidance anytime you need it.
Slowly bringing your attention to the body now,
To the physical body,
To the room you're in.
Moving your toes and fingers slowly,
Taking a deep stretch if that feels right for you.
