Sit or lie down allowing your body to relax.
Take a deep breath and as you exhale release any tension you may be holding.
Close your eyes and imagine yourself standing at the edge of a lush enchanting forest.
Visualize the vibrant greenery surrounding you,
Tall trees reaching towards the sky.
Feel the soft earth beneath your feet.
Imagine the fresh forest air.
Inhale deeply and notice the invigorating aroma of pine needles released by the majestic evergreens that stand tall around you.
The resinous aroma weaves through the air carrying hints of freshness and vitality.
Each breath is a refreshing journey as the crisp clean scent of the forest infuses your lungs.
With each step you take into the forest feel a sense of tranquility washing over you.
As you continue walking notice the gentle rustling of leaves and the soothing sounds of nature.
Ahead a path appears.
Follow it with a sense of curiosity and anticipation.
With each step the forest becomes denser and the sunlight filters through the leaves creating a magical atmosphere.
After a while you arrive at a clearing and a beautiful ancient wishing well stands in the center.
Take a moment to observe its intricate details.
The water shimmering with the energy of endless possibilities.
Approach the well and feel a deep connection to its energy.
As you gaze into the water know that this well holds the power to manifest your deepest desires.
Now it's time to make a wish.
As you make your wish imagine the emotions it evokes in you.
Connect with the joy,
Gratitude and fulfillment you feel as if the wish has already come true.
Visualize the scenes,
The people and the moments that accompany your wish.
Pause for a moment to express gratitude for the opportunity to manifest your desires.
Feel the energy of the forest and the well amplifying the intention you've set.
Know that you are worthy of your desires and repeat in your mind or out loud the following affirmations.
I deserve to manifest my dreams into reality.
I am deserving of all the abundance life has to offer.
