Get comfortable either sitting or lying down.
Close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose,
Filling your belly with air,
Hold for a moment and then slowly exhale through your nose,

Now,
Breathe normally,

Imagine yourself standing at the edge of a beautiful ancient forest.
The sunlight filters softly through the tall,
Towering trees.
The air feels fresh,
