Unity Consciousness Meditation

This is a Soul journey to anchor in the vibration of Unity Consciousness. If we can learn to bring together the parts within that are in conflict, we are more able to embody unity, peace, compassion for all. This meditation includes connecting with Humanity on a soul level, for unification with your sacred Human Soul Family, and surrendering to the Oneness in us all.

Transcript

So,

Making yourself comfortable for this meditation journey.

Here we are working with this vibration of unity consciousness for our own healing,

Understanding,

Raising awareness of this concept so we may invite more of it into our lives and of course to support us to navigate these times as we're being asked to elevate all areas of our concepts of how we approach the world and how we meet the parts within.

Taking awareness to your breath and using your breath as a way of expanding your awareness,

Your consciousness,

Your body.

The inhale expanding,

The exhale liberating.

Breathing in and breathing out.

And here we take our awareness to Mother Earth beneath,

Visualizing yourself connecting to the heart of Gaia.

Just sensing as soon as you do,

A ribbon of energy travels up through the Earth and naturally connects into your root chakra.

As we breathe into our root chakra,

Feeling it glow,

Grow and expand,

Feeling rooted with the Earth.

And here moving up the chakras one by one,

We ask them to open up the sacral solar plexus,

Heart chakra,

Throat chakra,

Third eye,

Crown chakra,

Feeling all of them simultaneously opening up,

Creating this beautiful column of light within you as we open up the energy body.

And we open up to higher consciousness as we take our awareness to a ball of light just above your crown,

Just above your head.

Visualizing this ball of light brimming with light and pouring down this light through your crown,

Filling up your head,

Your body,

Your chest,

Your arms,

Torso,

Legs,

Moving all the way down through your feet,

Feeling this connection of above and below,

Balanced between Spirit and the Earth.

And honoring this harmony here of Spirit and matter,

Heaven and earth.

I'd like you to take your awareness to your sacred field.

This is a place that is familiar to you,

Sacred part of your inner realms.

As you look down upon your feet and see grass,

Feeling the grass.

In this place,

Sensing the warm air around you,

The sense of safety and also support you feel more of yourself in this area,

In this plane of existence.

Just ahead of you,

You see trees and a forest.

You feel yourself being called to walk towards this forest and as you take each step towards it.

There is a sense of excitement of what lays beyond.

As you enter the forest and begin walking through the trees,

Just feeling that beautiful energy of the flowers,

Of the trees,

Of the fauna all around you.

And somehow you know where to walk.

As you keep walking,

You notice that this forest is also ending.

Just beyond through the trees you see an incredible scene before you.

As you walk out through the other side of this small forest,

You recognize it is acting as a bridge between realms.

On the other side are rolling hills and fields of beauty with the skies dazzling with shifting colors.

You recognize you are in a space that allows you to tap into your multidimensional nature.

As you walk out into this land,

You are drawn towards a large circle of ancient stones.

As you approach them,

You honor their majestic presence filled with ancient wisdom.

Knowing this and sensing their sacred energy.

You walk towards the center surrounded by these beautiful ancient stones.

And here you honor the circle that surrounds you.

As you honor yourself as a circle of one.

These stones generate a beautiful geometric light that crystallizes around you as a protective field.

Sensing subtle vibrations from this light as they help to dissolve any tensions,

Anxieties within your psyche,

Your consciousness.

Helping you settle,

Harmonize.

In this place,

As you tune into your heart,

Your heart begins to emit a frequency that travels and ripples outwards.

As it does,

Many presences begin to materialize in your outer circle by the stones as we invite in the goddesses of compassion.

Their presence immediately radiates waves after waves of devotional compassion.

Letting them permeate your being,

Dissolving any shields that are ready to be dissolved as they meet all of who you are with absolute acceptance.

It immediately begins to anchor in a sense of peace.

This healing compassion brings into awareness any part of you within that is in conflict.

Any part that feels a need of integration.

As within this space,

Held by these goddesses of compassion,

Aspects of your inner world materialize around you as essences of light and color.

As they appear,

Notice in this place there is no duality to categorize these aspects of your inner world.

They emanate color,

Vibration,

Perspective,

Each one representing a different aspect of who you are.

Here the goddesses of compassion all around you radiate greater waves of their healing integrative energy.

As all of your parts receive the much needed healing embrace,

This frequency of peace,

Of co-existence.

Sensing shields beginning to dissolve around the many parts around you as they begin to see,

Witness,

Observe the other parts from a deeper place,

One of truth,

Authenticity,

Vulnerability,

Receptivity.

Here as we honor the process of co-existence within,

Recognizing you are allowing this integration,

Unification between the parts in conflict.

You invite this frequency of peace consciousness.

Knowing each part is touched and elevated through this.

As they are,

They are reintegrated back into you.

As they reemerge within you,

Feeling yourself grow,

Flow,

Expand and elevate.

Feeling the power of unification within whilst also allowing the many aspects to have their own colors,

Vibrations,

Perspectives.

Take a deep breath in and deep breath out.

Noticing some of these parts are dissolving with this great compassion as they are no longer needed,

Trusting in the process of what is occurring.

Knowing the parts that are elevating to reintegrate and the parts that are dissolving,

Saying this is occurring.

As this is occurring,

Acknowledge that your mind is also unifying.

The concepts and ideas that are battling or in conflict laying down their arms,

Their shields.

As all surrender to a higher consciousness of peace,

Of unity,

Of elevation.

As all parts return within,

Feeling this blessing within and a reintegration occurring.

Raising your awareness and perspective of reality.

We now tune in to the greater soul family,

To your soul family in the collective as more and more presences materialize around you.

Here other souls,

Your soul family appear.

The presences grow and grow until they fill the fields and valleys and hills all around you.

Their light brimming with joy and connecting here.

We sense and honor the circle,

Here connecting to your sacred soul family on a soul level.

Those you have incarnated with,

Co-created with,

Transformed with,

Played with,

Interacted with,

Across time,

Across space.

Here sense this circle expanding and expanding as we connect on a soul level to all of humanity.

Here with this vibration of unity,

Of peace,

Seeing the souls of each individual,

The purity of them.

As we honor the choices each soul is making,

An integral part of a greater unfolding divine design.

In this moment appreciating the complexity of such a design.

The choices,

The karmic cycles,

The transformation,

The desires for challenging experiences to grow,

The desires for beautiful experiences,

For self and others,

The desires for transformation by all.

Here as you honor all souls,

You honor the one that is honoring all souls.

The one that lives in all,

The one that experiences all,

The one that is you.

In this moment we call upon the great awakening energies of unity consciousness to bless all,

Feel and witness these showers of light,

Blessing cascading across all souls as each soul reaches up to receive these wisdoms and higher perceptions of reality.

This is energy falls from above sensing its higher state of consciousness,

Unity consciousness,

Unconditional acceptance,

Ideas and concepts radically challenging traditional consciousness.

This inflow of peace,

Solutions,

Expansion,

Creation,

Evolution,

Possibility,

Reconnection.

Here on a soul level we ask for all souls to hear the great calling,

The great calling home.

Understanding each soul's hearts beginning to connect to one another in circles upon circles and this warmth glowing from within as this reconnection to your soul family brings,

This deep connection you have to your sacred tribe.

This all honors the anchoring and birthing of peace consciousness during this time.

Honoring this great love all souls have for one another beyond the stories,

Personalities,

Personas,

Experiences,

This soul love.

And here honoring yourself as a steward of hope,

Faith,

Possibility,

Transmitting this frequency into the collective field,

Honoring the power of unity far eclipses the illusions of separation and trusting in this rippling outwards of your beacon of light that you offer.

And taking a deep breath in,

A deep breath out as you bring your awareness to your circle of one,

You within the circle of stones.

Beginning to observe all of the lights,

The souls around you beginning to gently fade,

Dissolve offering a farewell to each soul on a soul level and knowing that there is a language on a soul level throughout the collective being spoken conversations occurring that are becoming more conscious during these times.

As you bring your awareness back to the circle of one,

Of you,

Here taking your awareness back to the sacred stones that surround you and the goddesses of compassion still holding space we offer our great gratitude to these spaceholders and to the incoming frequencies of higher consciousness that are available and accessible during these times.

And here beginning to take your steps across this land,

Walking out of this sacred circle,

Feeling that vibration in your heart,

In your soul emanating from your being infused within your cells.

So we honour the goddesses of compassion,

The stones,

The energies and walking back.

And as you walk back towards the forest,

This bridge between the realms,

Recognizing your senses are more alive,

Your perceptions have changed,

Something deeper has anchored within you and something more has burst from within.

Taking your steps through the forest and feeling the forest energy,

Bathing your energy field,

Assisting and integrating and embodying this earth energy in this place,

Settling,

Harmonizing as you walk out of the forest again onto the other side,

Onto the field,

Each step you take along the grass,

You take a deep breath in,

A deep breath out,

Each step bringing you back,

Back into your body,

Into the space where you are in this moment,

Breathing back into your body.

And as you do,

Breathing in your chakras to manageable signs,

Breathing into your body,

Breathing in and taking your hands to create a prayer sign over your heart.

As you breathe in peace and breathe out possibility,

Breathe in unity,

Breathe out expansion,

Breathe in oneness and breathe out creation.

Breathing out mother earth energy again to feel grounded and grounding into the earth.

As we honor all life,

All souls,

All creation and keeping in your heart the purity of this vision where we are heading into.
