Self Compassion & Creation Prayer

This is a prayer devoted towards self-forgiveness and surrender of your stories. It is also a call for bringing in more beautiful fulfilling experiences. As we offer our past the frequency of loving acceptance, it releases our attachment to it, liberating us to the present & future. This prayer is also a healing meditation in shifting perspectives on all the elements in your life to a positive, expansive one. This can be listened to at any time for your connection & healing.

Transcript

Taking a few breaths in and out in your own time to settle your mind,

Settle your body and arrive with each breath deeper and deeper into this presence,

This present moment.

I call upon your divine love to provide your love,

Support,

Grace with my journey.

I connect with all of the stories,

Experiences and people from my past and I open to the frequency of forgiveness,

Compassion,

Gratitude.

I ask this to flow through me.

I ask the energy of your love to flow into all of my relationships,

Experiences and stories.

I ask that this energy supports me in releasing any element that is no longer serving me.

As I breathe,

I surrender all that is not mine.

I detach from ideas,

Concepts,

Stories,

People and situations that my soul is asking me to do so.

I do this with the greatest love,

The greatest kindness,

The greatest knowing that this serves all.

I surrender regret and open to look at all of my decisions with the understanding that they serve a greater purpose.

I trust in my decisions.

I offer my gratitude for all lessons learned and all the lessons I am yet to learn.

As I do this,

I allow my stories to remain in the past.

I am not defined by my stories.

I am not defined by my experiences.

I instead choose to take the most beautiful,

Positive growth expansion from each experience.

Dear past,

Thank you for your lessons.

Thank you for showing me more of me.

Thank you for showing me who I am not so I can see clearer who I can be.

I ask for where I am unfulfilled in my life,

Where my experiences no longer satisfy me,

Where love does not flow,

That I may be redirected to where it does.

I ask for the support of the infinite creator and all the assistance that is available to me to be magnetized towards me.

I use my free will as a divine creator of my universe to fully and wholly magnetize beautiful,

Fulfilling experiences that serve my highest path.

I am open to receive connection,

Abundance,

Health,

Harmony,

Peace,

Loving relationships,

Adventure,

Expansion and all the gifts that are available.

I understand my path will be both joyful and challenging.

I see the value in all challenges.

They allow me to grow.

They allow me to experience.

I ask Great Spirit to show me all the areas where I can be more courageous,

To communicate,

To open,

To heal,

To show up,

Or to be aligned to my deeper,

Truer self.

I ask for the great divine golden path to flow through me and show me my golden destiny.

I thank Spirit for all that I have received,

Am receiving and am yet to receive.
