Namaste.

Let us begin with the breath,

Taking a deep slow inhale and a slow exhale just using your breath to arrive in this moment.

Breathing in deep down into your body and as you're breathing out,

Letting go,

Surrendering.

Just sensing your body unwinding gently,

Your toes unwinding,

Relaxing,

Your feet,

Your legs,

Just feeling energy flowing out through your legs,

Out through your toes,

Your abdomen,

Your chest,

Your shoulders,

Just rolling your shoulders as energy flows out through your arms,

Through your fingertips,

Your neck relaxing,

Facial muscles relaxing.

Deep breath in,

Deep breath out.

With your next breath,

Breathing into your heart center,

Middle of your chest,

Feeling and sensing this light growing across your chest,

White light moving up and down your body as you invoke the light within your soul presence.

As here we ask Source to emit a crystal field of protection and divine light all around you,

Feeling this completely encompass you as you're surrounded in white protective healing light,

Sacred light.

We open up the chakras one by one,

Breathing into your root chakra,

Sensing the chakra grow,

Glow and expand and as it does,

The root chakra reaches down into the earth,

Anchoring down,

Rooting your energy as we take our awareness up to the sacral chakra,

Breathing in,

Feeling it glow,

Grow and expand.

Moving up to your solar plexus,

Breathing in,

Feeling it glow,

Grow and expand.

Moving up to your heart chakra,

Breathing in,

Feeling it glow,

Grow and expand.

Moving up to your throat chakra,

Breathing in,

Feeling it glow,

Grow and expand.

Moving up to your third eye chakra,

Breathing in,

Feeling it glow,

Grow and expand.

And moving up to your crown chakra,

A thousand petal lotus on the top of your head,

Breathing in,

Feeling it glow,

Grow and expand.

Bringing your awareness to a ball of light just above your crown,

As divine light pours down,

Meeting each of your chakras,

Filling up your head,

Your body,

Your being.

As you honour this connection of above and below,

Heaven and earth,

Spirit and matter.

Taking a deep breath in and release.

I'd like you to take your awareness to the inner planes,

Visualising a beautiful field.

This is an intimate,

Familiar,

Sacred place,

Known only to you.

Becoming aware of the air,

The land,

This sense of safety,

Familiarity,

A feeling of home here.

Light begins to shimmer down from above,

And this gentle white light falling all around you,

This snow from the heavens above,

This purified white light,

Mystical energy.

Gently cleansing,

Purifying,

Settling.

Raising your vibration and awakening your inner senses.

Subtly changing the frequency and vibration that you are feeling.

Feeling this white light softening your field as you take a deep breath in,

And with the out breath letting go,

Surrendering.

As you look above,

You witness a magnificent sight,

The cosmos above,

Stars,

Nebulae,

Galaxies.

You see the wonders of creation,

And the interconnectedness of all that is.

You recognise here you exist in a space of timelessness,

You are outside of time,

You are within the eternity of the present moment,

Where all time occurs simultaneously.

Four pillars of light materialise around you,

And begin to vibrate,

And emit a sparkling,

Glimmering energy that swirls all around you,

Radiating high vibrational light,

Colour,

And beautiful sounds.

This crystalline holographic globe of light holds you in this sacred space,

As we call in your higher self to oversee this experience,

To hold space,

And direct this experience for the highest good of your soul transformation,

Journey,

And purpose.

Take a moment to honour this beautiful space of sacred connection.

Taking a deep breath in,

And a deep breath out.

Here we call upon your higher self to connect to your multidimensional lineage.

As you look above you,

The cosmos is beginning to shift in colour and vibration,

The mystical energy that descends is shimmering and sparkling,

Opening up your intuitive senses.

As you bring your attention to the field before you,

You see twelve majestic doorways materialise all around you in a circle.

Your higher self has connected to your alternate realities,

And chosen the highest parallel realities that can serve you and your highest purpose in this time.

Selecting those of the highest vibration,

Who have attained great realisation and understanding.

Alternate realities where you,

A version of you,

Have made incredible discoveries about yourself,

The universe,

Life,

Your personality,

And your potential.

Those who carry wonderful treasures for you here.

Each doorway begins to subtly vibrate and glow,

Radiating with light.

As a beautiful sound plays from the heavens.

As your higher self calls in,

The alternate versions of you to step through the doorways.

As you see twelve beautiful beings step through.

Each one a unique expression of your soul,

An alternative version of you.

Each one with a vast variant of your own life experience,

Embodying traits in their fullness that radiate your own possibility and potential.

Each of these alternate versions of you has accomplished and learned something unique,

Focused upon a particular area,

Perhaps relationships,

Or a variety of unique soul purposes,

Health or wealth,

Perspectives of reality.

There may be one who has devoted themselves entirely to their spirituality,

With another who has led a more scientific life.

Your higher self has chosen these particular realities,

Because they offer you balance in some way or another in this life.

Take a moment to witness the beauty in each of the versions of you.

Each has a different appearance,

Unique energy,

Different life experience.

They are you and they are not you at the same time.

Yet deep down you feel the same essence radiating from each of them.

Your beautiful soul vibration.

Take a deep breath in and a deep breath out.

Here we call upon the one who has the most relevant message for you in this moment in your life to step forward.

One of the versions of you smiles and begins to gently move towards you as you turn your gaze towards them.

Feel a depth of compassion and love that this being has towards you and the wonder they are feeling in seeing you.

For you are also an alternative version of them.

As this version of you pauses before you,

What traits are they representing to you right now?

It is okay if you do not know.

This is all happening on a soul level.

Appreciate the incredible soul love they have for you.

It is a depth of love that only you can understand,

For they are you.

As you look into their eyes you see your own soul looking back at you.

They are learning from you as you are from them.

You have traits they are mesmerized by and an aura of they have traits that are beautiful and relevant for you.

They have a message for you.

Even if it is silence,

Allow this space for you to communicate on a soul level with yourself across reality.

This soul is you with incredibly rich life experience,

Making different decisions and focusing on a different area,

Gaining different wisdoms and treasures and skill sets that you can learn from.

This version of you places one hand upon your heart center as you feel a glowing warmth as they honor you and your life experience,

The treasures,

The wonders that you have experienced and gained that is assisting them and all other versions of you.

This version of you now gently steps back to join the outer circle surrounding you.

All of the alternative versions of you around you in a circle begin to raise their hands with their palms facing towards you.

They begin to gently pray,

Whispers that awaken your soul's presence and sings a song of your heart.

A river of light travels from their heart centers and creates a beautiful field around you surrounding you in the depth of their love and comfort for you holding space.

As they continue to pray,

A glistening crystal materializes above you created from their prayer.

The crystal carries all of the unique messages and frequencies of each of these realities,

Wisdoms,

Life experiences,

Treasures that they wish to impart upon you in this life.

The crystal refracts color of each of the unique diverse realities.

It begins to gently spin above you and vibrates outward singing a beautiful melody that ripples across the land.

It offers you a sense of home and an invitation to a deep surrender of what is being gifted.

Crystal light language begins to shimmer down in the form of sacred geometry.

The crystal spins and radiates this outwards as packets of light codes filling the air and dispersing into your field.

Taking a deep deep breath in and breathing out.

And here we give our great gratitude to all of these alternative versions of yourself.

So you gently take a step back through the doorway.

All of the doorways glowing with greater and greater light greater and greater light until this light merges completely surrounding you.

Taking a deep deep breath in,

Breathing outward as the light begins to dissolve gently back into consciousness.

And you take your awareness down to your feet seeing the grass connecting to this land.

And taking a few steps across this field to ground this in bringing your awareness your attention back into your body.

And breathing back into your physical body.

Deep breath in,

Deep breath out.

As we close the chakras down to a manageable size breathing the chakras in.

And we call upon mother earth to extend the field to completely surround you.

Feel the protection of healing of comfort as you process these awakenings,

Gifts and treasures that have been received.

Taking awareness to your root chakra and breathing down into the earth.

Breathing up from the earth.

Deep breath in,

Deep breath out.

Taking four five more deep breaths in and out in your own time.
