And let us begin with the breath.
So just taking a really deep breath all the way in.
And as you're breathing out just feeling your body relaxing,
It's been given an invitation to relax with this breath.
And again,
A deep,
Deep breath in all the way down to the tips of your toes.
Breathing out.
As you're doing this you may feel like you need to yawn,
You need to perhaps shake your arms a little bit.
We're just shaking out the energy,
Releasing any anxieties,
Tensions in our bodies.
And another one,
As deep as you can go,
Deep,
Deep,
Deep breath in.
And breathing out.
And as we do this we're using our breath to sanctify this as the beginning of our ceremony together here.
And with your next breath I'd like you to breathe down into your core,
Then traveling up to your heart center in the middle of your chest.
Just visualizing a beautiful ball of radiant light in the middle of your chest.
This light spreading across your chest,
Moving up and down your body,
Down your arms,
Down your legs.
Just welcoming in this sacred,
Beautiful presence that is your unique,
Divine I am presence.
Your soul.
As your soul emerges,
We're now operating from the soul level.
My soul to your soul,
All of us together in this group field,
Wherever we are,
Whenever we're listening to it,
We're connecting together in this moment.
And your soul already knows what you need to know.
This process is activating and awakening what you already know from a deeper level.
Trust what emerges for you during this experience.
And at some point you will feel like your mind will let go.
You will enter a different state of being.
You may lose track of my words.
This is all part of the process.
This is your own individual process.
My words are always being heard on a soul level and a subconscious level.
As we begin,
Let us take our awareness and connect to the pure vibration of Sacred Mother Earth.
All around us.
She is beneath us and around us in the air,
The atmosphere,
The land,
The trees,
The oceans.
Take awareness to your feet.
And just feeling your feet naturally connecting downwards into the earth.
Your energy presence itself connecting to the earth as we ask Mother Earth to also additionally raise up her aura into your space.
Feeling immersed in her presence as we ask Gaia to hold space throughout this session.
With our consciousness we travel down and connect through the different kingdoms of the earth.
The plant kingdom.
Mineral kingdom.
Crystal kingdom.
Elemental kingdoms or realms,
Whichever resonates.
These different realms are frequencies of the earth.
That open up different aspects of our consciousness as we connect through them.
And here we ask for the ley lines of the earth,
The meridians of Mother Earth to activate beneath.
As you recognize you are where you are in this moment on the land where you are upon.
For many reasons.
We call upon the sacred wisdom of the land that you are currently residing upon.
To flow towards you via the ley lines.
As it pulls beneath you it creates a holographic lotus flower that manifests all around you.
With you lying in the center of this flower.
Feeling held in this space.
As we call in four ascended beings of light to surround you.
Feeling their presence.
Create a sacred temple.
As they emanate from their heart center a golden crystalline grid to completely surround you.
Feeling cocooned in this healing presence of purity,
Light.
This is your protected space and also your healing space.
Allowing yourself to feel supported so you may surrender deeper and deeper.
With these activational energies that we will be anchoring in.
Remembering to breathe,
Taking a deep breath in.
And a slow exhale.
As we take our awareness and begin to move upwards through the atmosphere.
Traveling up into higher consciousness we connect to the planetary light grid surrounding mother earth.
This incredible holographic grid of light.
You may see as the light body of mother earth.
And also the bridge between the higher realms and the physical plane.
The light grids carry the awakening frequencies,
The ascension frequencies.
And so much more.
As we travel upwards we take our awareness to travel up through the layers.
Up through the higher realms.
As we ask to connect to the crystal key light codes.
Available to us in this moment.
To support our path,
Our purpose,
Our journey.
Serving the highest vibration that is available to us.
As gentle streams of light codes begin descending down from the heavens.
Traveling down through the dimensions.
Down through the atmosphere.
Through the building,
The ceiling,
Wherever you are.
As you feel it begin to gently land upon your energy body.
This light initially offers a sense of cleansing.
Just as you would have a physical shower,
This energetic shower offers you a space to let go.
Release.
Washing.
Purifying.
Breathing through it as it bathes you from above.
We hold no judgement for what is being released.
Just allowing it to do its work.
Helping to alleviate your aura,
Your etheric body,
Causal body,
Astral body.
Permeating.
This frequency has two purposes.
Cleansing and nourishing.
Just feeling it,
Filling you up on an energetic level.
For those of you who are sensitive,
Empathic.
Just feeling it.
Helping to restore,
Regenerate.
Strengthen your energy field.
Honouring its incredible sensitivity as a gift.
Cleansing.
Deep breath in.

As you feel the light moving through,
Down into your physical body.
Your physical body drinking this light in.
This light absorbing into your cells.
Your blood stream.
Your organs.
Your meridians.
The light flowing through your meridians.
These rivers of light within you.
Just allowing it to meet within you.
With the light,
Whatever is needed to be met with the light.
Receiving,
As we let go of how the light is working with us.
Some elements may need simply meeting to be heard.
Without fixing or changing.
Some elements are ready to be released.
Just allowing that,
The light washes down.
And here we call upon the light codes to offer us its activational energy.
As the light above begins to transform in colour.
As the light language begins to spiral down.
From the higher realms of the planetary light grids.
As it does we call upon all of our chakras to gently spin open.

Thousand petal lotus crown on top of your head.
As you take awareness to a ball of light just above your crown.

Just sensing this beautiful orb of light above your crown.

Filling your energy centres.
With universal consciousness.
Divine light.
And your body,
Your shoulders,
Your arms.
As it travels all the way down through your root chakra.
Down to meet your earth star chakra.
Etherically embedded within mother earth.
As we open up your multidimensional body.
To receive this multidimensional light that is entering.
As the crystal key codes.
This light language spirals down around your entire being.
And directing towards certain areas in your body.
As you are receiving what we refer to as these downloads.
As these packets of codes and frequencies unravelling,
Unpacking.
Into your being.
Carrying higher concepts,
Higher wisdoms.
Higher insights for your path,
Your purpose,
Your journey,
Your life.
Your relationships,

And your awareness of your reality.
Allowing you to engage deeper into this mystery.
Here we call upon the divine.
As we ask to surrender.
All that we know and all that we don't know.
We surrender to something greater to work with us.
Marrying our free will with divine will.
As these light codes land and absorbed into your body.

With energetic amplitude as they.

These light codes are source codes.
Integrating with your system.
Yearning to get to know you,

As they bring great joy and presence.
As they fall in love with who you are in this moment.

The parts you may love,
The parts you may dislike.
There is no judgement from this.
Deeper,
Truer reality.
Only celebration.
As this energy wishes for you.

Gently rotating as it descends through the dimensions.
Down through the atmosphere.
Down through your building or wherever you are.
As it gently hovers just in front of your third eye.
Glistening and gleaming.
And as it rotates it radiates out multicoloured frequencies.
As it offers a gentle activation.
Streaming higher consciousness frequencies by your third eye.
Just breathing into this deep breath in.
Deep breath out.
This is your perception to see yourself,
See reality.
Your intuition of course.
Yet your deeper belief systems.
Upgrading them.
To hold what is necessary for what is to come into your life.
What is yearning to come into your life.
The diamond now moves gently above your body.
As it spins and spins it releases its rainbow coloured frequencies all across your being.
Feeling it sprinkle around you.
As it supercharges this incoming stream of light codes from above.
Taking a deep,

And release.
And here we ask the activation codes of the light grids to gently,
Gently draw back.
Up into higher consciousness,
Into the planetary light grids.
This activation within you is still.
Processing,
Occurring as you are now integrating what is.
And has been received.
And here we connect to the mystery,
The sacred mystery.
Just those words activate your deeper soul knowing that you are part of something.
Ancient,
Before time.
Sacred,
Interconnected.
Bigger than all of this.
Just knowing this,
Reconnecting to this allows you to naturally let go of even needing to know.
Analyse,
Explain.
And here just deepening into the presence of the mystery.
As we take our awareness to the earth.
Again recognising she has been holding space yet also integrating,
Supporting you and embodying this.
The lotus flower all around you.
Begins to vibrate and crystallise around your aura.
Encoding these frequencies that have been received to unpack,
Unravel in their own time over the next few days and week.
These light codes are higher dimensional packets of frequency.
That unfold into our lives by raising our awareness.
Increasing synchronicity to reveal to us the navigation of where we need to go.
And deepening our faith.
Your existing faith.
Allowing you to remember what you already know.

There are parts of you that haven't felt your breath in a long time.
We breathe with the light into those places.
Feeling the earth holding you as we take our awareness to the root chakra.
Feeling your roots grounding into the earth.
Discharging any excess high vibration frequencies into the earth.
Feeling the great beauty of mother earth here.
In this moment.
This timeline.
Whatever that may be.
I'd like you to connect to a great oak tree.
Just visualizing this in your mind's eye.
Its roots traveling deep into the earth.
As your roots travel deep into the earth.
It's here with our intention we ask for all excess high vibrational frequencies we have brought into this arena to be sent out into the world as awakening seeds.
For every soul to choose if they wish.
Increasing the range of mass consciousness.
Infiltrating,
Permeating across whatever is needed.
As we call upon a field of light from mother earth to wrap around our field.
Feeling this field as one of protection.
One of grounding.
Just feeling present with yourself.
As you take one hand to place upon your heart chakra.
And the other hand to place upon your sacral or solar places.
Whichever one you are drawn to.
Or root chakra.
Just feeling that comfort of your own hands.
You have natural healing ability.
Which has been.
Amplified during this process as your palm chakras are open.
Just feeling yourself.
Bringing yourself back in.
In your own time.
