Lemuria Soul Awakening - Guided Journey

This is an esoteric journey for those interested in exploring their multidimensional connection to Lemuria. This ancient civilization is said to predate Atlantis, with a spiritually advanced understanding of the Heart. Lemuria represents a symbol within humanity's psyche of what is possible when living from a sacred heart space. This guided session takes you on a journey to meet a Lemurian spirit guide in consciousness for healing and multidimensional soul awakening.

I'd like you to begin by focusing on your breath,

Taking a deep breath in,

Deep breath out and as you bring your consciousness and awareness to your breath,

You bring awareness to where you are in this moment,

Here,

Now.

And as you do this you are connecting outside of time to this timeless moment.

And through this journey we will be connecting deeper into this timelessness to allow you to connect multi-dimensionally across time,

Across space,

Breathing all the way into the tips of your toes and breathing out each breath relieving any tension in the body,

Any anxiety,

Any concern,

Stresses and knowing this is also a healing activation where you will receive healing for specific areas in your life that are calling for it.

Breathing into your heart center in the middle of your chest visualizing a beautiful radiant ball of light,

Golden light spreading across your chest and moving up and down your body as we center from the heart.

And we connect to source and our source to emit a crystal field of pure protection and divine light around you,

Feeling this completely surround you,

Protecting,

Holding,

Nurturing.

And we take our awareness to the chakras,

Beginning with the root chakra,

Breathing into your root chakra,

Feeling it glow,

Grow and expand.

And as you do the root immediately begins to connect downwards to mother earth,

Feeling that connection down into Gaia as we connect to Gaia's heart energy asking Gaia to anchor us,

Ground us.

Breathing up Gaia's energy and breathing that energy through your legs and again through your root,

Moving into your sacral chakra,

Breathing in allowing it to glow,

Grow and expand.

Moving up to your solar plexus,

Breathing in allowing it to glow,

Grow and expand.

Moving up to your heart center,

Feeling it glow,

Grow and expand,

Just taking a moment to honor the heart but we are working with the heart specifically in this activation in a deeper way.

Moving up to your throat center,

Feeling it glow,

Grow and expand.

Moving upwards again to the third eye,

Feeling the chakra glow,

Grow and expand.

And moving up to your crown,

Thousand petal lotus,

Feeling it glow,

Grow and expand,

Opening up to the heavens as we take awareness to a ball of light just above your crown,

Representing source light,

Divine light,

Sacred love.

As this divine light naturally pours down through your chakras one by one beginning with the crown moving all the way down and filling up your body,

Your chest,

Your arms,

Down your legs,

Till it travels all the way through your root chakra and connects with your earth star chakra,

Ethereally embedded within Gaia.

Feeling connected above and below,

Heaven and earth.

Taking a moment to honor this connection,

This is your natural expansive connection.

And here we set the intention,

Setting the intention with your soul to receive ancient memories,

Gifts,

New knowledge and wisdom,

All serving your highest purpose and expansion.

I'd like you to visualize a beautiful field.

As you do,

Begin by looking down at your toes to see it upon the grass,

Feeling the grass blades against your skin,

Becoming aware of the air around you,

The scent of trees just ahead,

Warm breeze against your skin.

Just taking a moment to adjust to your surroundings.

Just ahead you see a forest which has an otherworldly quality,

Magical,

Mystical.

This is a sacred forest of higher consciousness,

Your higher consciousness.

In the bale,

Beautiful,

Emanating,

Yearning you towards it.

And you begin to notice you are already walking towards it,

You are magnetically drawn to it as it emits a home frequency.

As you begin to walk through these forests,

These gardens of paradise,

Feeling the warm comfort of spirit all around you.

In here you are more aware of the consciousness of the trees,

The fauna,

Sensing them communicating with you on an inner level.

In the distance orbs are dancing around,

Playing,

Gentle,

Elemental,

Light beings here to witness your expansion.

As you walk through this forest,

You are drawn towards a clearing in the forest.
