As we choose a heart-centered reality, we are gifted with profound wisdom to make higher choices, and more aligned actions, steering away from fear, doubt, and division, and towards a reality that serves one and all.

Beginning by breathing into your heart centre,

In the middle of your chest,

Visualising a beautiful ball of radiant light,

Spreading across your chest and moving up and down your body,

Taking a deep breath in and a deep breath out,

I welcome my breath,

This moment,

This living presence within me.

I am the light and the light flows through me.

I open to the infinite field of compassion to wash over me as I surrender my fears,

My doubts,

My judgements and criticisms about myself,

Others,

Life itself.

I set myself free and to be free,

To be me.

Oh beloved supreme presence,

I trust in you,

Show me how to trust in me.

I invite your divine teaching into all areas of my being,

To love from the heart,

Live from the heart,

Act from the heart,

To make choices from the heart,

To see my past from the heart,

To look forward from the heart.

I choose a heart centred reality.

I call upon those who resonate with a heart centred reality towards me.

I magnetically pull in what vibrates with my heart into my heart centred reality.

I ask my heart to guide and direct me to choices and experiences that align with my deeper nature,

My soul's choices.

I trust in my heart.

My heart is my guide.
