This is an affirmative healing session,
Designed to vibrationally match to your inner faith,
Trust and surrender to the universe.
This journey will take you to initially meet how you truly feel exploring any doubts and fears that you may have about where you are in your life during this time,

As well as the collectives.
Using healing energies of divine acceptance,
We will utilise these unity consciousness principles to vibrationally anchor within the divine faith,
Divine trust and divine surrender that already sits within you.
Use this to tap into the wonder of the universe,
To recognise that you are supported,
Loved and above all guided.

Let us begin.
Let us begin with the breath,
Taking a deep,
Deep inhale and a slow exhale,
Sinking into your being in this moment.
Another deep inhale,
Slow measured out breath and as we do this we recalibrate our inner rhythm,
Bringing our awareness into this moment.
Another deep in-breath and a deep,
Slow exhale,
Letting go,
Surrendering.
As you take your awareness to the middle of your chest,
Visualising a beautiful ball of radiant light.
Breathing into this ball,
Into your heart centre and visualising this light spreading across your chest,
Moving up and down your body as we invite our soul presence,
Feeling that warmth of your soul from within.
Here we call upon the source field to create a beautiful,
Nurturing,
Protective field around our entire being,
Feeling this sense of safety as you are held within this supremely unconditional loving light.
As we take our awareness to the chakras one by one,
Beginning with the root chakra,
Breathing in feeling it glowing,
Growing,
Expanding and as it does it reaches down into the earth to ground and anchor you for this experience.
Moving up to your sacral chakra,
Breathing in feeling it glowing,
Growing,
Expanding.
Moving up to your solar plexus,
Breathing in glowing,
Growing,
Expanding.
Moving up to your heart chakra,
Breathing in and again feeling this expand outwards.
Moving up to your throat chakra,
Breathing in feeling it glowing,
Growing,
Expanding.
Moving up to your third eye chakra,
Breathing in feeling it glowing,
Growing,
Expanding.
And moving up to your crown chakra,
The thousand petal lotus opening up to the universe,
Glowing,
Growing,
Expanding.
And here I'd like you to take your awareness to the inner realms,
The inner planes of your consciousness.
As you look down towards your feet you see grass,
Feeling your feet nestled within this warm sense of comfort with this grass.
As you bring your gaze up there is a warm sense of familiarity here,
A sacredness.
As you notice you are standing in an open temple with pillars of light rising up into the heavens.
These pillars of light anchoring the universal frequency of source of creation,
Of beauty,
Unconditional love.
Deep breath in,
Deep breath out.
As we call in supreme compassion,
Manifesting here as soft golden streams of light.
The light of source as it descends from the heavens,
Feeling it permeating your field and already beginning to dissolve any tensions,
Anxieties within you.
This is the light of absolute acceptance.
Breathing in and breathing out.
In here we call in any parts within that feel fearful,
Doubtful.
What doubts do you have about your journey?
About where you are at in this moment in your life?
It is okay to honor them as they are,
These doubts,
Fears,
Worries.
We allow them to be as this descending streams of light,
Supreme compassion,
Blesses them,
Honors them and teaches us to find acceptance for them.
What parts feel uncertain,
Confused or lost during this time?
Perhaps the future is becoming more cloudy and it brings you more anxiety about where you are at in your life.
We bring and invite them all into this space of healing,
To be recognized,
To be heard.
As we honor these insecurities,
These fears,
Doubts,
Worries,
Understanding on a deeper level that every element serves a purpose.
Here we meet ourselves truly with where we are at in this moment and you may already sense a feeling of relief and just being allowed to feel what you are already feeling,
Knowing it is okay,
It is part of your experience,
Part of a greater design as you take a deep deep breath in and a deep deep breath out,
Bringing in all the parts that are yearning to be blessed by acceptance in relation to faith,
Trust,
Surrender.
What parts are holding on through control?
Do you feel an excessive need to control areas of your life?
Do you feel out of control?
We bring the parts of ourselves that need to feel in control into this space to surrender.
They may still hold on,
It is entirely okay,
We accept them and simply offer this space if they are willing and ready to transform.
As the parts we bring into this healing space are heard and paradoxically have the space to transform if they are ready,
Deep breath in,
Deep breath out,
And here the light begins to shift into a beautiful golden colour as streams of illuminating sparkling light descends raising a vibration,
Here you begin to sense a glowing light before you approaching a deep sense of warmth and loving presence as a being approaches you,
It is a complete version of yourself fully in touch with your divine faith,
Trust and surrender.
This and sense,
The incredible sense of knowingness,
This being,
This person,
This version of you radiates.
As they stand before you,
Feel the depth of their trust,
Of their faith in the universe.
It provides you with an instant feeling of safety,
Security,
In your life,
In the world,
In this moment.
They have a direct connection to the divine design of the universe,
The sacredness of life,
The inner workings of creation.
Breathe this in as you take a deep breath in and a deep breath out.
This golden,
Sparkling,
Illuminating light descending all around you,
Upon you,
Through you.
There is such a sense of beauty being around this person,
Around you.
They radiate knowingness on such a level it instantly and immediately dissolves your doubts.
Their divine connection to all that is,
And their understanding of reality anchors you into the same knowingness.
You are part of all that is.
Everything is connected.
Take a deep breath in and a deep breath out.
As you recognize here,
You are meeting yourself,
Simply without the inhibitions to your natural trust,
Natural faith,
Natural spiritual connection.
This being is connected,
Rippling the frequency of source.
They have access to the workings of the universe,
Yet perhaps more importantly,
And beautifully,
They are absolutely at peace with not knowing.
They are in a state of pure surrender to what is known,
To what is unknown.
They are present with not knowing what is not being shown.
Because they have sacred faith.
Feel that faith emanating as beautiful waves of deepening comfort.
As you recognize you are not being asked to have total faith,
Total trust,
Total surrender.
This version of you is an ascended version of all of these themes.
They are here to impart their frequency to raise your vibration and awaken more of your divine faith,
Divine trust,
Divine surrender.
In this moment,
I'd like you to take a few conscious breaths to deepen this process and invite this light inward and outward.
As you breathe out,
You radiate light,
Deep breath in,
Deep breath out,
Breathing in,
Breathing out,
Radiating that light,
Deep inhale,
Slow exhale,
Breathing in,
Inviting this light inwards,
Breathing out,
Radiating your faith,
Breathing in,
And breathing out.
Here we ask for the supreme light that is descending to begin to bless this meeting,
This alchemical transformation.
The light begins to transform into mystical stardust,
Resonating with the frequency,
Tapping into the multidimensional reality,
The wonder of the universe,
The magic of consciousness.
As it falls and shimmers upon you,
Through you,
It raises your vibration,
Raising your frequency,
Taking a deep breath in and breathing out.
If you'd like to repeat after me these affirmations,
Conscious,
Intentional statements to anchor this within your field and being.
In this moment,
I honour my faith.
I honour who I am,
All of me,
All of what makes me,
All of my emotions,
My thoughts,
My experiences,
My flaws,
My strengths.
I am in touch with my sacred faith,
My divine trust,
My state of surrender.
I allow this natural,
Ancient and timeless faith to flow from within.
I allow myself to trust.
Take a deep breath in and a deep breath out.
In this moment,
I feel the supreme faith of Source flow through me.
As I allow this faith to travel outward,
I allow others to experience the faith that flows through me.
The unique living faith and trust of the divine that lives within me,
To be received by all those around me.
I ask this divine faith to teach me to trust in my life,
My choices,
My actions,
My emotions,
My personality,
My experiences,
My very being,
To remind me that I am a perfect reflection of the divine,
Perfect with my imperfections,
Living my beautiful human experience,
For reasons I may not know.
I ask for sacred trust,
To bless each step I take,
To show me that I only need to know what I know.
I surrender.
I surrender.
I surrender what I do not know.
I surrender to the beautiful unknown.
I allow myself to be carried in the arms of the greater plan,
The sacred tapestry that interweaves all life.
I trust in you divine creator,
I trust in you great universe,
In your unfolding plan.
I surrender all to all that is.
Take a deep breath in and a deep breath out.
In this moment I acknowledge my sacred connection to all life,
To creation,
To my spirituality.
I tune into my infinite interconnectedness to all that is,
The living vibration of source that flows through all things,
In all universes,
In all realities,
Swims through me.
Take a deep breath in and breathing out.
I ask this living source to remind me of my eternal connection to the oneness.
I am the universe and the universe is me.
In this moment I honour the strength of faith that births through me.
I allow it to flow through me,
To radiate out of my vibration,
My frequency,
My light,
My authentic nature.
I invite this faith into my life,
To hold me through my uncertainties,
To carry me through my confusions,
To show me the way when I stumble.
Here I tap into the sacred tapestry of life.
I surrender to what is being unfolded.
I trust in the greater plan for me and humanity.
I surrender my need to control any area of my life,
Any area of collective reality.
I trust all souls are experiencing what they need to.
I trust all of humanity is healing in the way that serves them,
Revealing and unearthing what needs to during these times.
I turn my attention,
My sacred intention towards what benefits me and others.
I tap into universal consciousness to support me in synchronising and harmonising with my highest reality.
I am supported,
I am loved,
I am blessed.
Take a deep breath in and a deep breath out,
Feeling these words flowing through your cells.
It is a reality,
Upgrading your perspectives,
Your perception,
Recording it within you,
Anchoring within the templates of your frequency.
Every cell singing this vibration,
Feel the possibilities awakening within you.
Taking a deep breath in,
A deep slow exhale,
I would like you to take one hand to place upon your heart chakra,
The other hand to place upon your stomach,
Wherever feels comfortable.
As we give great gratitude to great spirit,
The universe,
Those beyond the veil supporting,
Helping in ways we cannot know.
Feeling gratitude and appreciation for your own life,
Your own journey.
And as you take a breath in and breathing out,
We ask to close down the chakras to a manageable size,
Feeling a protective field of energy wrapping around your energy field,
And a protection of nurturing,
Of healing,
To allow this transformational process to continue in its own way,
As we disengage from the healing frequencies,
The energies.
Bringing your awareness back into your body with your breath,
Deep breath in,
Deep breath out,
I would like you to visualize a great oak tree with its roots travelling deep into the earth,
As your root chakra reaches down into the earth to anchor,
And feel this beautiful bond you have with Gaia,
With mother earth,
With where you are in this moment.

Staying in this space for however long you wish.
