This is a transformative healing journey working with your Ancestors and Guides to support your sacred journey. This journey is a divine "I Am" transmission, a channeled system I use for initiating a beautiful and powerful transformation. It works with the planetary light grids which surround Mother Earth and act as the bridge for the awakening (ascension) energies uplifting humanity during these times.

Just allowing yourself to settle.

Letting your body relax.

Letting your feet relax,

Your legs relax,

Your hips.

Just feeling energy flowing out down your legs,

Out through your toes,

Your stomach relaxing,

Your chest relaxing,

Your shoulders relaxing.

Just rolling your shoulders a couple of times to roll out the energy down through your arms,

Out through your fingertips,

Your neck relaxing,

Your facial muscles relaxing.

And maybe making some faces to stretch your face and letting it relax and unwind.

And just taking another moment to scan your inner world.

What is happening for you right now in your life?

What do you want to bring healing towards?

What areas are you perhaps not looking at that your spirit,

Your subconscious is reminding you about now and then?

What areas may be neglected in your garden,

Your life?

I'm just being aware of any of these that may be conscious as you work with a transmission.

They will work with all aspects that you are conscious and unconscious of.

As you're exploring that,

I will set the space around you as I call in four ascended beings to stand around you and radiate from their heart center a golden crystalline grid of protection,

Of healing,

Of nurturing.

Allowing this fluid,

Living light,

Cocoon,

Healing vibration to completely surround you,

Holding you as we take our awareness to Mother Earth.

Calling in Gaia to extend her aura into your space,

To anchor the frequencies and energies during this transmission.

This realm is an altitude of beings who are supporting and assisting the bridge between spirit and matter.

Taking awareness to all of the lights,

All of the souls who are connecting in this moment,

Whether live in this moment or listening.

We are connecting through time here,

Together as we connect to the group heart field.

Feeling that one source soul family vibration holding and connecting us all together.

As we take our awareness moving up through the atmosphere,

As they are continuously birthing from spirit,

And we ask the first layer to gently hover about three or four feet above your body.

We begin to witness this beautiful falling cascade of colors,

Blending waves of colors that fall from the first layer and fall gently upon your body as the first layer assists in a very loving,

Assisting your body,

In your auric field,

Allowing yourself to have an energetic bathing of this universal light as we release any dense energies that we have picked up from our environment,

As we ask the second layer to descend gently through the atmosphere,

Through the dimensions,

Down through your building of space that you are in,

Feeling them gently drifting down,

Each one carrying treasures,

As they fall upon your body,

The energetic repose,

Some of them have a very strong vibration,

These petals represent this incoming level of compassion that humanity is anchoring on the planet that you are anchoring,

It's very soft yet powerful,

All pervading the compassion that reaches out into all aspects of light,

Of experience,

Of positive,

Of negative and embraces all completely,

Feeling this frequency as it moves through your being,

And as you're feeling and allowing yourself to be embraced and met equally,

As the flower petals gently fall we also ask for gentle spirals of light to fall from the second layer,

Carrying a luminescent light that glows,

The ebbs and flows with its light,

Feeling it glowing and moving down and as it falls upon your body,

Being absorbed,

Moving down to the DNA level,

Carrying this wisdom of compassion everywhere,

As we take awareness to the areas within that your soul is asking to be blessed by the light and the energy that is within,

Bringing this loving light to completely embrace them until it permeates all of these aspects,

Not needing to change or fix,

Simply holding,

Allowing them to be held,

Accepted,

Feeling the weights lift off to recognize the heaviness of holding onto elements that are unseen,

Taking awareness now to any resistance within your body,

Resistance within the light,

In your experiences allowing this loving light to move into more elements of resistance and simply hold space around them,

Dissolving,

Resolving any judgment,

Any criticism of how you are,

Who you are,

How you act,

How you have acted,

How you think,

What your ideas are,

And also allowing this light and love to move into the criticism and surround that,

Being the paradox of unity consciousness,

As you let go of what is unnecessary and bring love healing to all parts,

Wauww your meditations go quite quickly to deeper levels where I do not often go. But I am able to follow most of the time and subconsciously and intuitively follow. Sometimes I even see what you are going to say next when I have never done that specific meditation. You are quite advanced and really able to transmit your knowledge and wisdom.
I wonder how you know all this, I have no doubts but awe. And but then I have had a download myself with light once and received two hours of visuals that I never thought was possible. Am very greatful for this journey with you. Namaste my dear one 🙏🏽
