And so let us begin with the breath as you take a deep breath in bringing that awareness into your body slow breath out arriving into this moment each breath sanctifying this moment this prayer to connect to this cycle one more deep breath in deep breath out bring your presence with your intention to this moment as we begin grandmother moon thank you for your sacred presence in the fullness of your light today I open to receive I open to your wisdom I surrender to your mystical spiritual energy take a deep breath in and a deep breath out during this time I ask you grandmother moon to assist with my spiritual transformation as I breathe I invite your silver light into all areas within me to radiate the light and illuminate the dark with love acceptance and awareness take another breath in and breathing out in this moment I surrender what is now ready to leave me as I say thank you for your lessons thank you for the joys and the challenges thank you for enriching me with experience I know you have served my growth I appreciate what you have given me I let you go with honor and gratitude I surrender my past to the past take another deep deep breath in breathing out releasing surrendering as we continue grandmother moon as you reflect upon the waters of Gaia I ask you to reveal my inner reflections that serve my growth help me to see more of me as your light shines down upon my oceans of emotion reveal to me the feelings within that are calling to be heard I open to your ancient wisdom to bring harmony flow and ease to my inner waters to awaken realizations revelation and insight for my inner world and outer reality I ask for you to illuminate my path ahead to help me find the guiding lights along my journey I honor this time as an ending of a cycle take another deep breath in deep breath out as this new cycle begins I humbly ask to receive new insights concepts and ideas I acknowledge your light in finding new shores of understanding and wisdom within me I honor my own light reflected within I recognize the choice I have in choosing a new story which serves my greater expansion love,
