Awakening Home: The Sacred Garden

We all carry "unfamiliar" parts. They emerge when we are in new environments, relationships, and careers, creating a feeling of unsettledness. They are the parts that are unintegrated, and our reaction is usually to push them away or try to clear them. What happens when we welcome them... Home? Grounded in recognition, this deep visualisation journey guides you into a sacred garden to meet these unintegrated parts as glowing orbs of light. Through the magnetism of your loving awareness, they return to pure essence, unlocking a beautiful reclamation of life force and your sovereign wholeness. They pave the way to feel the Home within.

So beautiful. One of my favorite teachers on Insight Timer. Every time I choose one, it’s divinely on time, and this one is incredible.
