Awaken Your Inner Love

This journey is designed for those who wish to awaken, deepen, expand their inner love. This can be listened to numerous times to align to your own inner love. You have access to eternity within. If you are experiencing depression, anxiety, generally low state in your life - allow yourself to be taken on a journey to receive. This can be used in conjunction with my self love affirmations, as part of self love practice. This is a deep powerful healing and recalibration to awaken your inner love. Deep within you is an eternal source of love that is always alight. Through mystical journeying, be taken on a voyage to the inner realms and enter the sacred temple of your heart. Here submerge into the healing waters of unconditional love and receive affirmative reprogramming. The journey deepens as you voyage further to meet the greatest of all love within.

Take a deep breath in and breathe out slowly with each breath bringing your awareness to your physical body just being aware of your mind,

Your thoughts,

Your emotions bring your awareness to be aware of your state of being in this moment recognizing this moment is always new and as you hear these words allowing your presence to be present to what you are experiencing this ever new eternal moment as you meet yourself as you are right now allowing your breaths to slow down your energy and taking your awareness to mother earth just beneath you as you breathe that mother earth energy to spiral up through your being,

Through your body awakening each chakra on its way up beginning with the root chakra flowering open with a brilliant red the sacral glowing a beautiful orange the solar plexus radiating a magnificent yellow the heart chakra glowing a beautiful green the throat chakra emanating an ocean of blue the third eye emitting a radiant purple and the crown flowering open with a thousand petal lotus connecting to the white light of the universe to allow this white light to travel down through your being expanding your being feeling expanded,

Connected with each breath open,

Open to receive as we take our awareness to the beautiful planetary light grids surrounding mother earth just visualize this beautiful grid of moving energy surrounding the earth and bridging this realm with the higher realms as we ask the light grids to hold space throughout this healing and using awareness beginning to focus inwards as we take a journey into the inner realms of consciousness into your inner universe feel yourself letting go and dropping inwards into this magnificent eternal inner universe as an image begins to form a vibrant landscape of wonder,

Of splendor a magical place with waterfalls abundant nature and rivers beautiful sky this is a sanctuary of your inner world as you take a few moments to breathe this experience in the wonder of this place and in the distance you notice a beautiful glow of an iridescent light that has a mystical magical quality to it it's glowing from within a grand golden temple as you feel yourself being gently called towards this temple beginning to walk and journey across this wonderful landscape feeling the grass beneath your feet the untouched paradise of this land as you approach this temple you notice grand beings in each corner of this temple holding space this magnificent structure they smile at you as you approach the stairs of the temple and as you enter this temple you notice all of the walls carry mysterious beautiful symbols that are moving and reforming and dancing carrying a deep mythology around these symbols always revealing something new this place holds a profound magic the true essence of who you are above you is a great crystalline dome revealing the magnificent skies above of purples and blues and oranges and magenta and as you move deeper into the temple you notice the beautiful glow you first saw emanating and as you walk further into the temple you see the glow that you first witnessed upon entering this realm becoming brighter and more visible as you see it emanating from a beautiful pool of water that is radiating a brilliantly illuminated liquid light glistening,

Pulsating,

Vibrating with iridescent light this is a light beyond normal light this light is eternity in itself you know it is unquestionable with its power nothing could ever destroy it nothing could ever change it it is beyond anything and everything as you approach the pool you naturally kneel before it and offer a prayer a prayer of your being from your soul from your heart this prayer radiates your unique soul signature playing out across this realm and around the pool you notice beautiful gentle loving beings of light approaching you recognize them so deeply they carry a great,

Great,

Great love for you they know you so deeply you feel such familiarity with them they beckon you to enter the pool as you step in you feel the energy of the liquid light beginning to immediately relax your toes and feet on the deepest level it is carrying a love beyond measure that is literally offering peace as you submerge yourself deeper feel the water around your chest as you submerge and sit upon a crystalline seat within the pool and begin to surrender to this sublime love every sacred moment in this pool you soften,

Deepen,

Expand into love allow yourself to let go the gentle beings around the pool approach even closer and offer their healing frequencies to assist with your deepening into love allow the liquid light to swim through your being awakening your being into love awakening your love as you begin to notice the familiarity of this liquid light it is your love as you surrender to your own pool of unconditional love surrender as your senses begin to open and begin to hear the language of the heart remind you who you truly are open your hearts dear one and listen we are here to remind you who you truly are you are playing a game and we are here to remind you of the wonder of you remember who you are you are love power creation life force eternal beautiful you are beautiful you are perfect as you are you are an expression of the divine you are a spiritual being experiencing a physical life you are born from love you return to love you are boundless love you are boundless love you are always loved we believe in you we are always with you surrender your worries surrender your concerns surrender your burdens let go dear one let go let go you are precious you are part of a great story do you remember do you remember you are magnificent we love your flaws we love your strength we love your pitfalls we love your achievements we love your experiences we love your story we love you beyond your story we love your image we love you beyond your image we love you we love you allow these words to meet every part of you meeting your emotions your insecurities your strengths your fears your passions your doubts as you begin to embrace and embody the essence of unconditional love loving yourself for not loving yourself accepting yourself for not accepting yourself allow the supreme wisdom to move through your being and dissolve everything into love as you do the pool around you begins to shine brighter and brighter and brighter everything suddenly transforms to bright white light and the entire scene changes you have been transported to somewhere magnificent a wondrous plane with heavenly realms abound on the horizon is a monumental sphere of light even at this distance you feel the presence of this love it is immense as you approach the depth of the unconditional love dissolves every aspect of your being into love as you recognize this is source the essence of boundless love creation the light is brighter than any light you have ever encountered before yet you can still hold your gaze captivated,

Mesmerized you approach and stand before this grand source of supreme love as you open to receive the message beloved child how I love you adore you care for you miss you there is not a moment that passes that I am not with you you are everything to me you are everything in you and you are returning home I am always here deep within you waiting patiently amused I observe all of your experiences I experience all that you experience I laugh with you cry with you sing with you suffer with you open with you yet always knowing you are beyond all that you experience we are one,

Dear one beloved remember,

Fear is an illusion an idea a game only love is real only you are real feel what you need to feel and then surrender release let go and return return to love return to the knowing this is an experience dear one,

You are exactly where you need to be this is truth this is divine timing this is divine knowing you have come to experience life you do not need to prove yourself to anyone you do not need to prove yourself to me I already love you I have always loved you and I will always love you come to me allow yourself to approach and be absorbed and completely held by this great source of boundless love as you surrender into the arms of the creator and cry your deepest cry of relief of letting go as you allow a part of you the permission to do so it will do so in a deeper level as you surrender to this great love let go let go let go let go of your story let go of your trauma let go of your suffer let go of your ideas let go of your expectations let go begin to notice the scene around you softly gently changing as you become aware of the presence of the poor beautiful loving gentle beings around the poor are singing a great chorus praising this sacred moment always sacred when you create the space to meet the divine within the liquid light in the pool begins to turn golden as this golden liquid light channels as a river of golden light through the temple and out into the entire realm feeling it move through your physical body as it carries the most exquisite unconditional love with it transforming everything everything within your being your physical being wakes up with this liquid light of self love infinite love sourced love flowing from the sacred center of your essence the altar of your soul presence feeling it moving across your chest your arms up and down your body feeling yourself swimming through this pool completely submerging into light this golden light slowly taking a step out of the pool feeling charged revitalized flowing energy through your being to offer your deep gratitude to these angelic loving beings of light around the poor feeling their joy admiration and adoration of who you are beginning to walk softly out of the temple and across the land you notice a great bird flying over it is a great multicolored phoenix of extraordinary size leaving a trail of mesmerizing colors these colors fall upon you and dance upon your body and vibration beginning to walk across this land of the inner realms with each breath journeying back back into your body to this moment as you take one hand and place it upon your heart and one hand over your belly breathing in and breathing out offering your blessing to the sacred temple of your physical body breathing in this love to channel to all aspects of your physical body blessing and honoring the miracle of the body for carrying the spirit as the presence of your awareness is received by every cell of your physical body and assists in the communication throughout your being as you recognize the miracle of your being as you breathe in the one breath breathes with you as you breathe out all of creation exhales with you Namaste Namaste Namaste Namaste Namaste Namaste Namaste Namaste Namaste Namaste Namaste Namaste Namaste Namaste Namaste Namaste Namaste Namaste Namaste Namaste Namaste Namaste Namaste Namaste Namaste Namaste Namaste Namaste Namaste Namaste Namaste Namaste Namaste Namaste Namaste Namaste Namaste Namaste Namaste Namaste Namaste Namaste Namaste Namaste Namaste Namaste Namaste
