I'd like you to begin by taking a few breaths in and out to release any tension,
Anxiety within your body.
In your own time,
Breath in,
Breath out.
And as you do,
Begin by taking awareness to your feet.
Just wiggling your toes,
Just moving your feet around as we send energy out,
Tension out of your toes.
Relaxing your legs,
Just intending your legs to relax your thighs.
Moving up to your hips,
Feeling energy flowing down your legs out through your toes.
Moving up to your stomach,
Your chest,
Your shoulders,
Perhaps rolling your shoulders,
Rolling that energy out.
Feeling that relaxation moving down your arms and moving out your fingertips.
Relaxing the neck,
The facial muscles,
The head.
This feeling simply through this intention,
You have allowed each part of yourself,
Invited each part of yourself to unwind,
To relax.
Taking a breath in and breathing into your heart center and the middle of your chest,
Visualizing a beautiful ball of light,
White light.
As you breathe,
Visualizing the spreading across your chest,
Moving up and down your body.
As we center from the heart,
Invoking your spirit,
Feeling that light within.
Now taking awareness down to Mother Earth,
We feel Gaia holding us,
Mother Earth,
Our sacred mother,
Holding your energy.
Breathing up Mother Earth's energy,
Just visualizing light spiraling up from the air.
And meeting your feet,
Moving up into your body,
Into your root chakra at the base of your spine.
Now breathing up that light through the remaining chakras,
Through the sacral chakra,
Your solar plexus,
Your heart chakra,
Your throat chakra,
Your third eye,
And your crown,
A thousand petal lotus on the top of your head,
Opening up to grace spirit.
Visualizing a ball of light just above your crown,
Pouring gentle divine light down through your crown,

Moving all the way down your being,
All the way down to your feet in your own time.
Feeling connected above and below heaven and earth,
Spirit and matter.
Now take your awareness to a beautiful field,
Just beginning to be aware,
Sense the grass around you,
The gentle air,
Warm breeze against your skin,
Warm summery energy,
The sky,
The flowers,
Just beginning to become familiar to your surroundings,
Feeling your feet on the earth.
Just to your left you notice a beautiful light approaching.
This light begins to have a form as a luminous guide approaches towards you,
Feeling a great warmth of love,
Of comfort,
Of nurturing as they approach.
This is your personal guide who has a vested interest in your journey,
In who you are,
Feeling a deep sense of familiarity with this being.
They are here to support your journey and act as a divine ambassador of unconditional love,
Unconditional acceptance.
Sensing a deep smile emanating from this being as they act as a supporting energy throughout this experience.
And now as you look ahead,
You notice just ahead of you,
There's a wonderful,
Luminescent,
Golden gateway,
An arch of light,
Exuding the most magnificent,
Translucent light.
You are immediately drawn towards it and begin by taking steps,
One by one,
Towards this gateway,
Your guide walking beside you.
As you approach the first gateway,
Feeling the sense upon your skin,
Your being,
In anticipation of walking through,
You feel the beauty of this divine light as you take one step through the first divine gateway,
This gateway of release.
As you feel the sense of your worries,
Anxieties,
Tensions immediately beginning to be unraveled and drawn out of your system,
As the light completely surrounds you,
Immerses you,
Embodies you,
Divine light dancing upon your skin,
Supreme intelligence working with your being,
Working with your physical body,
Emotional body,
Mental body,
And etheric bodies,
Supporting you in releasing your burdens that you are carrying.
Give yourself permission to surrender.

Allow the first gateway to offer this beautiful opportunity to let go of the thoughts,
The worries,
The concerns,
And just feeling yourself giving permission,
Giving an invitation to spirit to assist you,
To support you,
This gateway is you allowing the universe to support you in relieving you of what you are carrying,
Feeling the burdens lift off your shoulders as you take a deep breath in and deep breath out releasing.
As you continue walking beyond the first gateway,
Feeling a lighter,
A sense of lightness filling your being,
This is your spirit.
You are beginning to feel more and more like yourself.
You notice as you walk beyond the first gateway and look around,
The same field feels more vibrant,
The colors,
The textures,
Your perception of reality,

You notice a second gateway as you approach the second gateway of acceptance.
This gateway of magenta light brimming with luminescent,
Iridescent,
Sparkling light,
Divine,
Sacred beckons you as you walk towards the second gateway.
And feeling immediately drawn to step through.
The moment you walk through the second gateway,
You feel all of your emotions swim through you.
The divine magenta light swims through your entire being meeting every single emotion within you.
Accepting,
Loving,
Nurturing these emotions.
Feeling all of your insecurities within you being bathed in beautiful,
Non-judgmental,
Loving,
Kindness,
Compassion.
The divine energy of the second gateway sees you and loves you for all of who you are.
The beautiful energies and frequencies of the second gateway moves in to meet any possible pain or suffering,
Suppressed or repressed emotions within you and simply surrounds them with divine,
Sacred love.
There is no need to fix these emotions or parts of yourself,
This feeling of self being seen and being accepted.
This beautiful divine acceptance celebrates you for who you are.
Breathe this in,

As you begin to walk beyond the second gateway,
As you look around you feel more senses open,
Alive.

As you walk towards the third gateway and take a step through the beautiful purple energies completely surround you,
Immerse you.
Feeling embodied by these energies.
Feeling divine love surround you.
As you allow yourself to receive,
Give yourself permission to receive.
Simply by stating to yourself,

As you stand in the third gateway,
Your guide has brought together other guides from your soul family.
To approach and surround you,

Feeling these colours surround you,

As you are embodied by these energies and source surrounds you.
In this place,
Your soul is awakened and reawakened to the bigger picture.
Recognising the design,
The grand design and your design,
Your path and the greater path interconnected.
There are treasures beneath every experience you are moving through.
Many will be known,
Many will be unknown in this moment.
Allow yourself to know this is okay as you take a deep breath in and release into the arms of the creator.
As the source surrounds you,
Wants you to remember your divinity,

And as you liberate with the fourth gateway,
