Welcome Let us begin by taking a deep breath into your body and breathing out slowly taking your awareness to your breath each inhale and exhale synchronizing with the in breath of the universe and the out breath of creation notice the gentle moving of your body with your breath the beauty of your physical vessel in transforming your breath into life your cells,

Organs,

Breathing rejuvenating,

Flowing,

Healthily the breath of prana activating the life force within you with the life force of all that is allowing yourself to unplug from the outside world and letting go of the outside world allowing yourself to unplug from the outside world with all of the stories that are occurring in the world detaching from the collective as you let go of all of the external stories the world story the stories of your friends the stories of your friends,

Your family giving yourself permission to detach as you draw your energy your presence deeper into this moment here,

Now tuning into your inner world tuning into your inner world and allowing yourself to let go of your own story the burdens,

The worries,

The concerns the thoughts,

The cycles the healings that you may be experiencing the experiences themselves bringing your awareness to them bringing your awareness to them and then breathing them out as you draw your energy,

Your presence deeper into this moment who are you who are you without your story who are you without the burdens,

The worries,

The concerns that you carry moving your awareness to your joys moving your awareness to your joys,

Your passions,

Your expectations and as you take a deep breath in and then exhale surrendering all of these to the universe as you bring more of your presence,

Your energy into this moment here,

Now who are you without all of these stories who is the one experiencing the story recognize in this moment in your pure infinite form you are free,

Pure loving creation there are no stories that hold you that bind you,

That can weigh you down there are no experiences that can limit you in this timeless moment,

Recognize you are free of past,

Future and all stories within the present and all stories within the present allowing the breath to go deeper into your body as you breathe out and giving yourself permission to experience your life life itself,

What is alive within you beyond all of the attachments the expectations,

The dependencies the ideas feel that freedom flowing through you as you expand the space around you and in this moment tuning into your own core vibrational signature giving your soul the breathing space to be whoever it desires to be in this moment to feel whatever it desires to feel in this moment and from this moment of centering,

Aligning,

Detaching connecting what can be created,

What can be experienced feeling the centering energy ripple out through your body speaking to every cell in your being of this moment,

Reminding them of your inherent freedom,

Your connection your true nature as you have drawn your energy,

Your presence,

Your consciousness back into yourself recognize this empowering natural feeling of presence you are part of the whole and the whole is within you allowing your breath to regulate breathing in peace and breathing out love breathing in beauty and breathing out creation breathing in light and breathing out your own unique soul vibration namaste music music music music music
