You have been carrying more than you know. This meditation is a practice for putting some of it down. Guided in the ancient Hawaiian tradition of Ho'oponopono — the four-line prayer of I am sorry, please forgive me, I love you, I thank you — the meditation walks through every place a life holds unresolved weight and offers each place the same four sentences. Shame stored in the quantum field. Guilt carried across lifetimes. The resentment that never quite dissolved. The trauma the body still remembers. Each is met, in turn, with the prayer. Then the body itself — the weight, the hormones, the organs. Then the mental monologue that will not quiet. Then feelings of not being good enough. The practice extends outward: to the earth, to the forces of nature, to fellow humans and animals suffering. Ho'oponopono as prayer for the world. Best taken when the weight is ready to be spoken to.
