A guided meditation for the moments just after a threshold has been crossed — a new year begun, a new chapter underway — and the question is how to actually arrive. The practice opens with an unusual image: a sleeping bag of divine energy, holding the listener the way a newborn is swaddled. A progressive somatic release follows, tightening and softening each muscle group in turn. What follows is the meditation's substantive work. Every emotional pattern stored in the body is named and released from where the body holds it — fear from the gut, shame from the sacrum, false responsibility from the neck and shoulders, the early childhood imprints from root and sacral, the disconnection from the crown. Location by location. Two ropes of light then form: down from the solar plexus to Mother Earth's core, up from the heart to the central sun. The listener arrives, anchored above and below. Best taken at the start of a new chapter.
