A guided meditation for the moments of transition — before a new year, a new chapter, a new beginning — when the question is no longer what is known but what has been hidden. The practice opens by establishing a rhythm between the heart center and the third eye, the bridge between the conscious and the unconscious. From that bridge, the meditation walks through every domain of a life — health, emotions, thoughts, parents, partner, children, social life, work, finances, home — and asks each to surface the blind spot the practitioner has not yet seen. The signature move comes next. Each blind spot is placed into a ball of light, the way one might fill a balloon, and the spirit guides tie it up and release it to the Creator's light. The practitioner ascends with them. What returns is clearer than what descended. The year ahead can begin. Best taken at a threshold — the start of something, or the end of something that needed to end.
