And I don't know if you've ever heard when people tell you,
You get what you vibe?
Well I am a firm believer in it.
I strongly believe that if you start thinking positively,
That if you start doing things with love,
That if you start appreciating things,
You will get more love,
More happiness,
More positive vibes,
More blessings.
And people don't believe it.
They think it's a lie.
They think it's something created by us.
By us,
Let's say,
People who believe in energies.
But I have witnessed it in my life.
That once you start vibing in a very high aspect with those positive vibes,
You will get that back from the universe.
But if you complain,
And if you are not satisfied with everything that you get,
Even if it's not the way that you want it,
Then you will keep getting those things,
And you will keep getting disappointed,
And you will keep getting negative news.
It's like a domino effect,
I think.
So today,
I wanted to just meditate with you and have a positive vibe.
And the best way to do it in my opinion is with gratitude.
Just start to think the universe for a few things that you have,
Because we have a lot of things,
I mean if we start numbering them,
We will take forever.
So try to do this exercise every day.
It doesn't have to be with my audio.
But just try to do it every day,
And start becoming aware of everything that has changed in your life.
Start vibing positively,
And you will definitely see the changes.
And if you can message me,

So I would like you to please sit in a comfortable position.
Just close your eyes,
And breathe in through your nose,
And out through your mouth.
Feel the air,
How it expands in your lungs,
And how it feels when you breathe out.
Take a moment to just breathe,
But become aware of your breathing.
Feel the air coming in through your body,
Through your nose,
And how it makes your body feel so much better,
And so much lighter.
Breathe in through your nose,
And out through your mouth.
Take another deep breath in through your nose,
And out through your mouth.
And now you're going to list one thing that you're grateful for,
And the reason why.
And when you finish,
Say thank you three times,
But actually mean it,
Feel it in your heart.
Express that gratitude to the universe.
Feel the gratitude,
Feel the love.
You're going to do this four more times.
What are you grateful for,
And the reasons why?
And when you finish,
Say thank you,

And mean it.
Thank the universe for those wonderful things in your life.
