Welcome.
Today,
We'll spend time with the parts of ourselves that can feel tender when old patterns show up.
And meet those parts of ourself with care.
Give yourself these next few moments to slow down.
And settle your breath and your body.
Let's begin with an acknowledgment.
These feelings,
When an old pattern resurfaces,
It's disorienting,
Confusing,
And tiring.
Even though I feel the anxiety and frustration of being disoriented,
Confused,
And tired,
I can meet that part of myself with compassion and curiosity.
Take a deep breath in.
And exhale completely,
Letting the edges around you soften.
Feel your whole body from the tips of your toes to your fingertips.
To the top of your head.
Let your whole body feel connected through your breath.
Notice any parts of your being today that feel tender.
Your mind,
Any points up or down your body.
Let's meet them with a gentle acknowledgement.
Even when I feel tender.
I choose to meet my whole self,
Every version of me,
With love.
Compassion,
And gratitude.
They are my teachers.
My protectors.
My guides.
No version of ourselves are truly ever gone and at the same time you're seeing an old pattern emerge.
You're also being called to remember the parts of you that have grown.
Let this be a time to honor what they taught you and carry it forward so you can choose from that place of growth and trust.
You already know what you want to release.
What is it?
Let it come to you.
With your next breath in,
Honor what it has taught you.
And with your breath out,
Allow it to break free.
You are making space for what comes next.
