Finding Your Creativity

If you are looking for your muse or your creativity, this short meditation will guide you there. I am taking you on a journey into yourself where you can make contact with your creativity once more. You can come back to this meditation as often as you like. Enjoy

Hello, How nice of you to join me. I am Marie of Unwindfulness and I'm going to guide you through a short meditation to find creativity. So settle down any way you like, As long as you're comfortable. And close your eyes. Maybe you want to adjust your position, So go ahead and do that. And then take a deep breath in through your nose. Try holding it a couple of seconds and gently let it go. Let's do that again and direct your breath to your forehead. Imagine breathing in and out through your third eye. That's the spot between your brows. Well done. One more time. Deep breath in through your forehead. Hold it. Hold it and back out. Now let's settle in and focus on your normal breath. Just watch it. No judgement. Is it fast? Is it slow? Where can you feel it? Can you feel your belly? Can you feel your chest? Just watch. Now imagine a huge space that you're in. It seems like it has no ending. It's very pleasant. It's comfortable. It's warm and it's your space. Now with your eyes closed, Look around you. Look around with curiosity and in the distance you can make out something curious. You can look at it without hesitation. It's interesting. Try letting the shape or energy that you can make out come closer. Just keep looking at it with curiosity and an open mind. Can you make out a shape? Can you make out a colour? Is it a person? An animal? Is the shape moving? Or is it still? You can just keep looking at it and let it do its work. Maybe it has a message for you. Maybe it points you to a subject or a part of you. I'll give you a couple of minutes to explore the energy or shape and let it guide you to where it wants to take you. Caute. You you you you Now you can Let go of the shape or energy it slowly moves back to where you found it to where it came from and you can come back here anytime you like to explore more messages or to go deeper Now slowly take some deeper breaths and Start being aware of your surroundings Maybe move your fingers and toes And remember that you are as free as you like to do whatever you wish with this experience This energy is just one of the sources of your creativity Maybe next time you'll come across something completely different another shape or another energy Another shape or another energy So open your eyes and get creative I Wish you a productive day and hope to see you soon
