Hi,
Hello,
How nice of you to join me again.
I am Marie of Unwindfulness and I'm going to guide you through a writing meditation to find answers within yourself.
Take a pen and a notebook and settle in a comfortable but upright position.
Take a deep breath and think of the question you would like an answer to.
Take another deep breath and write down the question in your book or on your paper.
Maybe you want to adjust your position throughout the meditation.
Just feel free to move if necessary.
Now settle in,
Sit as comfortable as possible and take a deep breath in through your nose.
Try holding it a couple of seconds and gently let it go.
Do it again and direct your breath to your heart.
Imagine breathing in and out through your heart.
One more time,
Deep breath in through your heart and back out.
Now let's settle and focus on your normal breath.
Just watch it.
Is your breath fast?
Is it slow?
Where do you feel it?
Do you feel it coming in through your nose or do you feel your belly moving?
Now if you haven't already,
Just go ahead and close your eyes and let your body breathe in through your nose.
Keep the focus on the breath and on how wonderful it is that your body breathes for you.
And with your eyes closed,
Imagine that you can look inside yourself.
Imagine to look inside the person you are.
You can see from inside who you are.
And to see who you are,
You might see colors or shapes.
Maybe it's completely dark or very bright.
You might see a white empty room with all sorts of possibilities.
But whatever you imagine is fine.
You are entering a part of yourself that only you can see.
Have a look around.
Explore.
Maybe see how they view changes.
And while in here,
In this part of you,
Find the good qualities that make you you.
Are you kind?
Are you smart?
Are you focused?
Are you resilient?
Whatever you are,
You find that skill.
And what does that special skill of yours look like?
And while you keep exploring this space that you're in,
In the distance,
You can see a little bit of the door.
Look at the door and see that it comes closer.
And as it comes closer,
You can see details of the door.
Look at it.
And while you look at it,
You feel it slightly pulling you towards it.
And as you are in front of the door,
You know this is the entrance to a deeper part of you.
A part of you that holds a lot of wisdom.
Maybe from earlier lives,
Maybe from experiences good and less good.
Take a deep breath in and out.
And as you let go of your breath,
Enter through the door.
Now let's look around in this knowing wise part of yourself.
Take in the details of this deeper part of this new room,
New space.
Take in the details of this deeper part of your consciousness and think back on the question you've been writing down.
But keep exploring this part.
Keep exploring.
And while you are in this meditative state,
Try opening your eyes just a little bit and keep the state you are in,
In the foreground.
Take your pen and your notebook and just start writing.
And while keeping your mind as clear as possible,
Just let your hand write whatever it wants to write.
You might not even have to look at the paper.
You might even be able to close your eyes.
But give it time.
Maybe nothing happens at first.
But maybe you are already writing like a waterfall.
All is good.
Some people experience that they draw instead of writing.
That's also okay.
I will give you some time to write now.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
If you're not yet done,
You can pause the recording,
Of course.
But when you're done,
Put down the pen,
Close your eyes and take a deep breath in and out.
And thank yourself for the ability to write or to draw and to be able to enter that part of yourself that gave you answers.
So in your mind,
You can come back to the space you're sitting in.
And when you're ready,
You can open your eyes and look at the pages in front of you.
Now look over what your hand has produced carefully.
Sometimes the writing appears to be nonsense or just scribbling.
But try to decipher as best as possible.
And in addition to letters and numbers,
Look for pictures or symbols in the writing.
If nothing or not a lot has happened yet,
Just keep trying.
Maybe you need more time to cross a bridge to go deeper,
To go to a more knowing part of yourself.
And you can come back to this method and this meditation as often as you wish.
Maybe at a certain point,
You don't need this guidance anymore.
Maybe just close your eyes and ask yourself a question.
Go to that part of you and start writing.
I certainly hope that you enjoyed your journey and might even have found answers.
I wish you a day full of wisdom.
See you soon.
Goodbye.
