Close your eyes if you wish.

And let's take a deep breath together.

Let your breathing return to its natural rhythm.

And I want you to go out right now in the future,

Into a time that hasn't happened yet.

Let's go one month from today.

One month from right now.

I want you to notice for a moment all the resources that you're tapping into.

Resources perhaps you hadn't realized were available to you and that you hadn't even been aware of.

And just notice how good it feels,

That new reality with those new resources.

Notice all the things that are going on at that time.

What are the things around you?

What are you seeing right now?

What are you feeling about the wonderful changes that you're making?

And what are you noticing and telling yourself as a result?

Just notice that right now.

Notice the sounds,

The smells of success.

And I want you to create an even more complete picture.

Make it even more detailed and notice the feelings that you're feeling as a result.

And I want you to see how that's playing out for others as well.

The ripple effects of all the resources that you have taken to a new level and the ways in which it's positively affecting everything in your life.

And now I want you to go out to a time further in the future.

A time that hasn't happened yet.

In three months time.

And you're going to see that you have uncovered even more resources within yourself and you've taken things to a whole new level.

And I want you to notice the signs of your success.

And as you do,

You notice a new sense of confidence and certainty.

Notice how great it feels.

Notice how others are communicating with you differently.

How you are communicating with yourself differently as well.

With more certainty,

More confidence and the ability to take action.

And now I want you to go out to a time a whole 12 months from now.

And you're painting yourself an even bigger and brighter picture.

And noticing that the last 12 months was just the beginning.

And as you stand at the pinnacle,

You realize that even more confidence is welling up inside you.

As you look back,

You see that the resources you have uncovered,

The strength and the confidence and the certainty of yourself and your path.

And I want you to bring them back with you.

All the way back to right now.
