Your Self-energy – sometimes called the "sage mind", your true or your higher self – is your true essence, your unchanging inner self that is compassionate, curious, calm, confident, courageous, creative, clear, and connected. This embodiment meditation will guide you through scenarios that evoke three powerful states of Self-energy: deep empathy, creative flow, and confident action. It will help you to locate, understand, and access these energies within your body.
