She leads both online and in-person journeys across the world and teaches a 450-hour, international, GPBA-certified Breathwork Facilitator Training. Known for her warmth, passion, focus on safety, and transformational guidance, Megan brings deep care, embodied wisdom, and a wealth of knowledge to every space she holds. Her work is dedicated to helping others heal, awaken, and fully step into their inner power—one breath at a time. Megan has completed three comprehensive 400-hour Breathwork training programs and is also a certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, Wellness Researcher and Writer, Yoga Instructor, Holistic Nutritionist, and Reiki II Practitioner. She brings a strong foundation in trauma, mental health, addiction, abuse recovery, narcissistic dynamics, the subconscious mind, and integrative healing modalities. While her offerings weave together everything she has studied, it was her first experience with Breathwork that truly changed her life—awakening something so profound that it set her on a mission to share this work with the world. “My first Breathwork put me in touch with a wellspring of sadness I had cut myself off from and led me down an incredible path of feeling and healing.
