Closing your eyes,
Begin to notice the natural rhythm of your breathing.
Inhaling slowly and exhaling fully.
And with each breath,
Imagine you are grounding into the earth beneath you,
Supported,
Steady and safe.
Now picture yourself standing in a quiet place in nature,
Perhaps it's a field or a woodland path or a garden that you love.
The air is fresh,
The light is changing,
It's a sign of a new season arriving.
And as you breathe,
Imagine the seasons shifting around you.
Notice the colours,
The fragrance and the feeling in the air.
Each season carries a wisdom.
Spring brings renewal and fresh beginnings.
Summer offers warmth,
Joy and growth.
Autumn teaches us the art of letting go.
And winter invites rest,
Stillness and quiet restoration.
Now take a moment to reflect.
Which seasons are you in right now,
In your own life?
Is this something you're ready to grow into?
Is this something you're ready to release?
Or maybe there's something within you that longs to rest,

Now bring to mind one positive change you would like to welcome into this new season of your life.

Breathe it in with your inhale.
