This two session mini course will help you understand why it's so hard to let go, and guide you through a transformational meditation to finally release those patterns and begin living from a space of peace, freedom, and possibility. Created and guided by Caroline, Life Coach and Mentor, this course blends gentle insight, neuroscience, and spirituality to help you move beyond 'trying harder' - into allowing change to naturally unfold. Session 1: Breaking Free - Understanding the Art of Letting Go Helps listeners to understand emotional and cognitive reasons they stay stuck, and how letting go becomes possible through awareness, acceptance, and presence. Session 2: Letting Go - A Transformational Meditation for Renewal To support emotional release, energetic freedom, and align with a new way of being.
