Welcome to this meditation.
I invite you to find a comfortable position.
And if it feels right,
Gently close your eyes.
Take a slow,
Deep breath in and release it softly.
This is your time and there's nothing to achieve.
Nothing to prove,
Simply being here is enough.
Breathing in gently and breathing out slowly.
Notice your breath softening with each breath.
Feel the ground beneath you,
Steady and supportive.
Your body knows how to breathe and your heart beats without effort.
You are alive and that alone is enough.
Sometimes we think we must work harder,
Do more or be better to be good enough.
But good enough is only a thought,
A shifting standard created by comparison.
The deeper truth is you don't need to become good enough,
You already are.
Now,
Gently place a hand on your heart and feel your heartbeat beneath your palm.
And silently or out loud,
Repeat these words.
I am enough.
I have always been enough.
I am worthy simply because I exist.
Let those words sink in,
Breathe them into your body and into your heart.
And as this meditation comes to a close,
Take a slow,
Deep breath in.
And gently exhale.
And know this truth,
You are unique,
Whole and more than enough.
Carry that knowing with you into your day.
