Welcome to this many mindful meditation moment.
Take a second to pause and check in with your body,
Mind,
And spirit.
We often forget how important it is to notice our breath,
How our bodies are functioning,
How our emotions are flowing.
Allow yourself to observe your current state of being,
Looking inside,
And leaving room for openness,
Non-judgment,
And self-acceptance.
You have arrived and are here now,
In this moment with me.
Take this special time to rest into whatever comfy space you are in,
Ever so gently.
And close your eyes when ready,
If this feels comfortable to you.
Begin to observe your breath,
Noticing how much air you breathe in and how much air you breathe out.
Notice if your breath comes from your chest or from your belly.
Take a moment here to check in with yourself,
Sensing any areas of tension in your body.
You will now begin an equal breath and I will guide you through the counts.
Just relax and follow the sound of my voice.
You will soon breathe to the count of three.
Hold for the count of three.
Release for the count of three.
And hold for the count of three.

It is time to journey into your special sacred place.
Take your time and become observant of everything happening within you.
You begin to notice a wooden bridge.
You can see each wooden plank and can tell this bridge has been walked on and traveled over before.
Counting down from 10,
You will feel more relaxed as each number lowers and you make it to the other side of the bridge.
You take your first step,

Noticing your feet,
How they look,
Whether they are in shoes or just skin,

Taking another step,

Another step,
Feeling more and more deeply relaxed,

Noticing your entire body is beginning to soften,

Almost there,

You have arrived in your special and sacred place that is created just for you.
Take a moment to begin to observe this magical place.
Listen to the sounds surrounding you.
Maybe there are birds singing or a delicate breeze drifting in the trees.
Maybe it is inside where only pure silence exists.
Continue to be aware of the sounds you hear.
Notice all the colors surround you.
Begin to intensify the colors,
Seeing them vibrant and bright,
Clearer and crisper.
Notice what the temperature is here in this sacred space.
Is it cool as if on a winter day or mildly warm as if springtime is close?
Be present with all the beauty around you,
The safety of this magical place,
And the comfort of knowing that this space is yours and only yours.
As you arrive here,
You begin to remember how resilient you are,
How amazingly determined and strong you are in your life.
Thinking about everything you have been through,
You feel a deep sense of gratitude in your heart.
Gratitude for overcoming all the difficult challenges you have faced.
Gratitude for choosing to love yourself in this moment,
Right now,
Even if it feels hard.
This moment is designed for you,
To allow you to feel safe,
Confident,
Peaceful,
And empowered.
You take a deep breath here,
Filling your heart with gratitude and noticing your heart expand with a light so bright it shines everywhere.
You see the color of this light surrounding your heart and begin to breathe it in and out.
Tune in to how healthy and empowered your body feels in this moment.
In this space,
You are giving your soul recognition for its journey,
For how hard it has worked.
You are bowing to your own inner strength and kindness.
You are the only brilliant version of yourself and that is a miracle within itself.
Gently bringing your attention back to your sacred space,
You take another deep breath in through your nose and out through your nose.
You begin to notice your body and how relaxed it feels.
Your body has just recognized your inner beauty,
Leaving you with a sense of gratefulness to carry with you into your day ahead.
Gently you begin to come back to your body a little bit.
However you can always come back to this empowered place whenever you choose to.
This sacred space will always be yours.
You can choose to keep it the same every time or you can choose to change it up as you please.

You will feel awake,
Refreshed,
Energized and peaceful.
