Welcome to this many mindful meditation moment.

Take a second to notice your surroundings,

Where you are,

And find a comfortable position to rest.

If it feels good to you,

Gently blink your eyes closed.

You have arrived in this space,

Wherever it is you are,

To create a sense of well-being and to honor your mind,

Body,

And soul.

Begin to tune in to how your body feels.

How your mind feels.

What thoughts you were thinking.

Where any tension in your body exists.

Purely noticing and observing.

No judgment here.

Always taking a peek at how the essence of yourself is functioning as a whole in this moment and time.

I invite you to take a deep breath in with clean,

Fresh air through your nose and release your breath out through your mouth,

Exhaling all air until there is no more.

Whatever has happened in your life to bring you where you are now has shaped the beautiful being that you are.

You have had the ability to sustain yourself,

To support yourself,

To nourish yourself in whatever way possible.

Take time to notice whether you feel comfortable with how much you appreciate yourself and take care of yourself,

Or if there needs to be extra loving care given to your body.

Just notice it without fear,

Without judgment,

Only kindness and compassion.

In a moment I want you to repeat silently in your mind as I say the words aloud,

A creating,

Loving and powerful affirmation.

Take a deep breath now,

Noticing your heart expand through your lungs and as you breathe out the air this time,

You breathe out through your nose,

Beginning to settle in your body.

From the heart with love to yourself.

May I be safe and free from fear and worry.

May I know happiness and good health.

May I be at ease and at peace.

May I love and accept myself completely,

Just as I am now,

No matter what happens.

From the heart with love,

Think of a loved one.

May you be safe and free from fear and worry.

May you know happiness and good health.

May you be at ease and at peace.

May you love and accept yourself completely,

Just as you are now,

No matter what happens.

From the heart with love,

Think of someone who you don't know but may have seen or perhaps a stranger.

May you be safe and free from fear and worry.

May you know happiness and good health.

May you be at ease and at peace.

May you love and accept yourself completely,

Just as you are now,

No matter what happens.

From the heart with love,

Think of someone you know,

Who you find difficult or perhaps dislike.

May you be safe and free from fear and worry.

May you know happiness and good health.

May you be at ease and at peace.

May you love and accept yourself completely,

Just as you are now,

No matter what happens.

From the heart with love,

Think of all beings in the universe.

May all beings be safe and free from fear and worry.

May all beings know happiness and good health.

May all beings be at ease and at peace.

May all beings love life completely,

Just as it is now,

No matter what happens.

Begin to notice how your body feels,

Perhaps full of love and gratitude.

You begin to feel sensations of appreciation for who you are.

Perhaps you feel the beauty of others that have walked into or out of your life for the lessons you have learned in your journey this far.

Bringing your attention to your third eye,

Your heart space,

And your outside expansiveness,

Take three intentional breaths here.

As you are taking these breaths,

Allow your greater self to create a positive affirmation for you to feel,

To hear,

And to embody.

Gently,

Bring your attention back to your body,

Slowly coming to your waking state of being.

And when you feel ready,

Open your eyes to bring with you a sense of love,

Nourishment,

And well-being for the duration of your day or night.
