Welcome to this mini mindful meditation moment.
Often our days are filled with so many tasks at hand,
So many things to do that we forget to pay attention to what's happening with our mind,
Body,
And spirit.
And so in this short and sacred time,
I want you to check in with how your body feels right now and what it needs from you.
I'm going to guide you through a brief meditation that will bring you to a gentle and beautiful space that you can reconnect with your heart and your soul and your mind and your body.
Begin by taking a deep cleansing breath in through your nose and out through your nose,
Releasing all the air as your shoulders begin to gently relax.
And take another breath here in through the nose and out through the nose,
Releasing all of the air from your lungs out into this space around you.
Breathe normally now in and out through your nose.
This is your breath,
Your prana,
Your life force.
This small and yet huge universal quality of you is what makes you alive and well and the beautiful being that you are.
You begin to notice that as your heart beats and beats and beats that the rest of your body begins to gently soften,
Starting with the top part of your head going into your eyes,
Soothing your eyes,
Your temples,
Your cheeks,
Your jaw,
Releasing any tension that you have stored here in your jaw,
Your lips softening,
Your tongue,
Perhaps teeth not quite touching,
Allowing this gentle relaxation flow to continue in through your throat,
Your shoulders throughout your arms,
Your elbows,
Forearms and hands with each and every finger feeling relaxed and more relaxed.
Going back up the arms into your upper chest all the way down your spine,
Releasing any tension held in any of these areas and feeling the warmth dispersed in your body,
Traveling into your belly,
Relaxing your upper abdomen,
Middle and lower abdomen,
Into the pelvic area resting and softening your hips,
Your buttocks,
Your thighs and your hamstrings,
Traveling into the knees,
This sense of warmth and stability throughout your lower legs,
Your shins and your calves and all the way out through your feet,
Your heels and your toes and as your body feels warm and restful here you can see that there is a star above you where the universe exists and the star begins to shine its energy down into your heart center and as you hold that energy in your heart center you can see below you in the center of Earth's core that there is this beautiful golden ball.
This ball is bouncing up all of Mother Earth's energy,
Its feeling of groundedness and stability into your legs and up into your heart space and here you hold this beautiful and delicate balance of all of you,
Of all of the world,
Of all of the universe,
Feeling so connected and so at peace with yourself right now and with everything around you.
You can notice that as you hold space for this in your heart there is this beautiful radiating color surrounding your entire body in your auric field.
It's full of all of these different colors rotating around one another.
Perhaps you see some gold and silver,
Some light purple and light green and light white,
Maybe even a bit of light yellow,
Light pink,
Light orange and light red.
All of these colors flowing around you feel so good and so magical and in this moment you feel in perfect health and perfect awareness with your life and you hold compassionate space for yourself.
To take this one last moment to tune in to whatever thought your body would like to give to you right now,
To carry with you,
To keep you company and peace for the rest of your week ahead.
And gently beginning to come back into your body now.
If your eyes were closed gently bring them open,
Carrying with you this sense of refreshed energy and vitality to stay by your side and circulate within your body for the duration of your day or night ahead.
