Welcome to this mini mindful meditation moment created just for you.
I invite you to take the biggest,
Deepest breath you have all day and through your nose,
Inhaling out your mouth,
Gently releasing your shoulders,
Connecting to your body.
Begin to notice how your body feels.
Scan your body for any areas of tension,
Any areas that feel good,
Observing,
Being present with where you are at today.
You begin to note that you have the ability to tune in to what it is that you need.
And in this moment,
In order to help relax you further,
We invite nature to be present around you.
You begin to notice that at the bottom of your feet is green grass,
Cool in temperature,
Crisp,
Bright in color.
You might even feel some dirt here beneath your feet grounding you into Mother Earth,
Connecting you to her energy,
Feeling your hips carry the sensation of the root chakra here and the connection to the planet.
And you might begin to notice that above your head,
You feel warmth,
Which is coming from the sun.
The sun has the power to cleanse and to purify,
To ignite.
And so in this moment,
You allow your body to receive the sun's energy coming into your crown chakra,
Traveling through all the rest of your chakras,
The third eye,
The throat,
The heart,
The solar plexus,
The sacral chakra,
And the root all the way down to the chakra beneath your feet or the earth chakra,
Connecting into the center of the earth.
Right now,
All is well.
As you can feel the green beneath your feet,
And you can feel the universe above the crown of your head,
This is your moment to tune into the beauty of yourself,
To release any ideas of self-doubt,
Any concepts that feel as if they've been plaguing you for longer than you like.
At times,
We are so judgmental and critical of ourself,
Whether it's been a mistake that we've made in the past or an experience that we've learned from.
There's always room to be kind to ourselves,
To release self-doubt,
To release insecurity,
And to also offer awareness into why that message is there for us.
And so in this moment,
Whatever self-doubt you're carrying in your heart and your body and your limbs and your brain and your soul,
We ask it to appear before you,
In front of you.
And with it,
Whatever memory arises,
We call forth.
I invite you to look at the reasons why you're feeling this self-doubt.
I offer you to tell yourself,
Your memories,
That you are worthy of love,
That part of your evolution on this planet is to grow and to learn and to evolve.
And so maybe,
Just maybe,
That self-doubt turns into inquiry and motivation.
You might even begin to notice that the concept or idea of self-doubt,
Whether it's a word that you see,
Self-doubt,
Whether it's an image that represents self-doubt,
Whatever that representation is for you,
You begin to notice golden violet light swirl around it,
Bringing this cool winter breeze around the self-doubt,
Swaying and twirling,
And then it becomes part of the self-doubt.
So it enters it and begins to soothe it,
Bringing its strength and vitality,
Bringing its security and stability,
Bringing it all-knowing energy.
And in this moment,
You realize that self-doubt can be reframed into what is it that I'm continuously trying to learn?
Where am I in my life and what do I need to do to support myself?
How can I offer myself love and guidance here and appreciation for where I'm at right now?
There are so many times in our life when we get confused with what it is that we're doing.
Even though we know we have the power to do something,
We believe in ourselves.
There's still that little tail end voice and our subconscious brain that says,
I'm not sure.
I don't know about that.
And right now,
We recognize that voice.
And at the same time that we recognize that voice,
We offer it to hear another side,
Which is the compassionate supportive side of the other parts of you that exist in your mind that bring in strength to support that self-doubt,
That bring in nurturing energy to calm that self-doubt,
To bring in love and light to soothe that self-doubt.
And we ask them to be friends,
Both those energies inside of your body.
May they support one another.
And when self-doubt comes,
May you not punish it for existing or feel embarrassed that it's there,
But view it as an opportunity to continue to evolve,
That you are so aware of some of the things that you need or want to experience,
That this is a moment to bring in that positive energy to reshape the idea or conception of self-doubt.
Exhaling your solar plexus,
Colored in yellow,
Pulsate with this idea of strength,
Nurturing energy,
Motivation,
Belief in yourself.
We take a deep breath here in through the nose and exhaling out through the mouth,
Releasing the shoulders into the body,
Allowing the body to feel strong here,
To feel empowered here,
Connecting with the sky and universe above you and that star that's yours,
Connecting with the earth below you through those beautiful green blades of grass into the soil,
Into the center silver ball at the core of the earth.
We bring in both those energies into your solar plexus and into your heart.
Feeling rejuvenated right now,
Feeling alive,
Knowing that you are imperfectly perfect in all ways.
Give yourself appreciation and allow yourself to feel that appreciation in your body.
One more deep breath in through the nose,
This time out through the nose,
Gently beginning to come back to your body,
Wiggling your fingers and your toes and gently blinking your eyes open for you to carry with you as vibrant energy for the rest of your day ahead.
