Peaceful Vibes Meditation.
Peaceful Vibes Meditation.
Welcome to today's guided meditation practice.
Today we will be practicing on the Chakra Centers.
While there are believed to be many,
Today we will focus on the main seven.
You may practice this meditation sitting up with a straightish spine,
Hands placed wherever is most comfortable for you in your body.
Or you may practice this lying down,
Maybe with a pillow underneath the head and or underneath the feet,
Allowing the spine to be straightish.
If you are lying down,
An eye pillow or washcloth over the eyes may be a nice addition.
When you're ready,
Gently close your eyes or soften the gaze down and out a few feet in front of you.
Take a moment to observe your breath just as it is.
Beginning with your jaw area,
On the inhale,
Gently tighten and on the exhale,
Release.
Moving down to the shoulders,
On the inhale,
Lift them up and in towards each other and exhale,
Gently release.
Allowing the space underneath you to support you.
Traveling down towards the glutes,
On the inhale,
Gently squeeze in the glutes together and exhale to release.
Your thighs,
Inhale to squeeze,
Exhale to release.
And finally,
The heels of your feet.
On the inhale,
Gently raise them and exhale to lower them.
Maybe giving your toes a gentle squeeze and release.
Coming back to the breath,
Allow for your body to be fully supported for this practice.
Beginning at the base of the spine,
See if you can envision a bright red ball of light radiating in the space here.
This is where our root or base chakra is believed to be located.
When it is healthy and in alignment,
We may experience feelings of groundedness and safety as well as having physical energy.
When it is out of alignment,
We may experience feelings of anger,
Resentfulness,
Jealousy and may feel ungrounded or unsafe.
A healing affirmation that could be used for this space is,
I am centered and grounded.
This is where our root or base chakra is believed to be located.
This is where our root or base chakra is believed to be located.
This is where our root or base chakra is believed to be located.
As you focus your attention here,
Imagine that bright red ball of light expanding on the exhale and decreasing on the inhale.
Allow it to radiate throughout this space.
Watch as the light travels up the spine to the space just below the belly button.
This is where our second chakra,
Our sacral chakra,
Is located.
That bright red ball of light has now transformed from red to a bright orange color.
As you inhale,
The brightness increases and as you exhale,
It decreases.
When this space is aligned and healthy,
We may experience passion,
Warmth,
Healthy attachment and healthy emotional energy.
When it is out of balance,
We may experience feelings of fear,
Anxiety and distrust.
Our attachment may be unhealthy as well.
A healing affirmation for this space may be,
I am passionate about my life.
Continue to breathe energy into your sacral chakra.
As you continue to focus your attention on this bright orange ball of light,
Allow it to travel up the spine.
Just above the space,
Above the belly and underneath the rib cage,
The space in between.
Watch as the color transforms from a bright orange to a bright yellow ball of light.
This space is known as our solar plexus.
When it is in alignment and healthy,
We feel calm and have clear thinking.
We may also have confidence and flexibility.
When it is out of balance,
We may experience excessive worrying,
The need to control everything,
Overly cleaning,
Overly complaining and irritable thoughts.
I am confident and all that I do may be an affirmation that we can use to heal this space.
I am confident and all that I do may be an affirmation that we can use to heal this space.
I am confident and all that I do may be an affirmation that we can use to heal this space.
I am confident and all that I do may be an affirmation that we can use to heal this space.
Continue to breathe energy into this space,
Observing as the bright yellow ball of light radiates and expands on your inhale and decreases on your exhale.
Bringing our attention back to that ball of yellow light,
Follow as it travels up the spine to that space right in the middle of our chest where our fourth chakra,
The heart chakra,
Is located.
Notice as the color changes from yellow to green,
Continuing to radiate in this space.
When our heart chakra is aligned and healthy,
We may experience feelings of calmness,
Trust,
Love and centeredness.
We are also able to give and to receive love in a healthy way.
When it is out of alignment,
We may be very distrustful,
Resentful and have an inability to give and receive love.
A healthy affirmation for this space could be,
I am open to giving and receiving love.
I am open to giving and receiving love.
I am open to giving and receiving love.
Bring your awareness back to that bright green ball of light radiating at the center of your chest.
Allow yourself to breathe energy into this space.
As you follow this bright green ball of light up to the spine towards the throat,
Notice how it turns into a blue color,
Landing at our fifth chakra,
The throat chakra.
Notice the bright blue hue of the ball at this space.
When the throat chakra is aligned and healthy,
We are able to speak up easily.
We're verbally creative and we are assertive.
This healthy space allows for us to share our needs and our wants in a healthy manner.
When it is out of alignment,
We are unable to express ourselves and may often shut down.
We're unable to speak our true feelings and this may begin to build frustration.
I am confident in expressing myself unapologetically would be a great affirmation for healing this space.
I am confident in expressing myself unapologetically would be a great affirmation for healing this space.
Continue to observe as the bright blue ball expands on your inhale and decreases on the exhale.
Allow yourself to breathe a breath of energy into this space.
Continue to observe as the bright blue ball expands on your inhale and decreases on the exhale.
Drawing your attention back to the bright blue light,
Observe as it travels up and into the space located between your eyebrows,
Where our sixth chakra,
Known as our third eye,
Is located.
Observe as the color changes from blue to indigo and allow it to radiate here.
When this space is aligned and healthy,
We may have mental clarity,
A healthy intuition and clear insight.
When it is out of alignment,
We have no mental peace,
We are unable to tap into our intuition,
And we may experience excessive mind chattering,
And this happens,
Especially during meditation.
I am intuitive and insightful is a great affirmation for this space.
.
Continue to breathe energy into your third eye,
Allowing for the indigo ball of light to radiate and expand on the inhale and shrink on the exhale.
Continue to breathe energy into your third eye,
Allowing for the indigo ball of light to radiate and expand on the inhale and shrink on the exhale.
Bringing your awareness back to the space in between the eyebrows,
Watch as that ball of light travels all the way up to the top of your head,
Transitioning from that indigo color to violet at our seventh chakra,
The crown chakra.
When this area is aligned and healthy,
We experience serenity,
We may have an inner knowing,
And we enjoy serving others,
Animals,
And our planet.
This area is known for our spiritual connection,
Whether you call it source,
Divine source,
God,
Mother Earth,
Mother Nature,
Or whatever it is that you believe in.
When this space is healthy,
We are able to experience a deeper connection.
When this space is out of balance or unhealthy,
We're unable to see the big picture of things.
We may lack caring and compassion,
Not only for others,
But also for ourselves,
And we may feel disconnected from any type of source.
We may not be able to see the big picture of things,
But we may be able to see the big picture of things.
I am divine and connected to the divine is a great telling affirmation for this space.
I am divine and connected to the divine is a great telling affirmation for this space.
As you continue to breathe.
Watch as this ball turns from violet to indigo.
From indigo to blue.
From blue to green.
From green to yellow.
From yellow to orange.
From orange to red.
And finally,
To all the colors of the rainbow.
Coming back to that rainbow colored ball of light.
Watch as on your final inhale,
It expands to as big as size,
And on your exhale,
It burst sending positive healing energy from the crown,
All the way down your body through each of your chakra centers,
Making its way down your legs.
Down your feet.
And finally,
Leaving your body with the positive restful aligned energy.
Imagine all of that energy,
Covering the surface of the earth,
Bringing that same positive healing energy to others,
To animals,
And to our beautiful planet.
It's everything that comes out of it.
I invite you to place one hand on your belly and one hand at your heart space.
And inhale for the count of 1,
2,
3,
4,
Pause,
2,
3,
4,
Exhale,
2,
3,
4,
And pause,
2,
3,
4.
One more round of breath just like that.
Exhaling for the count of 1,
2,
3,
4,
Pause,
Exhale,
2,
3,
4,
And pause.
Allow the breath to return to its natural rhythm and allow for the body to be supported and at its final rest,
Shavasana.
Give yourself permission to remain here for just a few moments of time,
Reminding yourself that it is your birthright for rest,
Rejuvenation,
And restoration.
Crowdfunding.
Thank you.
.
.
Bring your awareness back to the space around you.
Maybe some gentle body movements,
Wiggling your fingers and maybe your fingers.
If you've chosen to lie down for this practice,
I encourage you to turn to your favorite side.
Taking a few rounds of breath here and then gently bringing yourself up to a seat.
.
I invite you to place one hand on the belly and one hand at your heart space.
Showing yourself gratitude for practicing today and letting yourself rest.
I thank you for allowing me to guide you through this chakra meditation practice.
As always,
It is truly an honor to do so.
