Sunrise Meditation With EFT Tapping

Good morning and welcome to Sunrise Meditation.

I'm Trina Lee and I'm a certified EFT practitioner and creator of Radiant Meditation where I utilize EFT tapping in order to flow into meditation with ease which allows us to deepen our meditative state leaving us feeling calm,

Peaceful,

And most importantly radiant.

We'll begin this meditation by clearing out sleepiness and left over grogginess.

We'll do this by using EFT tapping while focusing on common complaints of grogginess.

However,

If you describe how you're feeling differently than what I'm saying,

All you need to do is focus on how it feels for you.

Once this grogginess is released,

We'll allow ourselves to be filled with a fresh,

Clear,

And energetic feeling and effortlessly flow into our meditative state allowing our mind to rest while we focus on our breath.

First let's figure out the intensity of your sleepiness.

On a scale of 0 to 10,

How intense does it feel to you right now?

Write down your numbers so at the end of this meditation you can compare how you're feeling.

Let's begin by settling into your chair,

Tapping on the side of your hand,

And taking some nice deep breaths,

Inhaling through your nose and exhaling out your mouth.

Again let's take a nice deep inhale through your nose and exhaling out through your mouth.

Again more,

A nice deep slow inhale and a long exhale.

Continue tapping on the side of your hand and repeat after me,

Even though I'm waking up and I'm feeling so groggy.

I have so much sleepiness in my body and it feels heavy and slow.

I'm still open to accepting how I feel.

Tapping on the eyebrow point,

So much sleepiness.

Side of the eye,

I'm feeling so groggy.

Under the eye,

It feels heavy in my body.

Under the nose,

All of this sleepiness in my body.

The chin,

I just woke up,

So of course I feel sleepy.

Under the other bone,

There is no way I can escape this feeling.

Under the arm,

I'm feeling groggy.

Top of the head,

So much stale energy.

Eyebrow point,

All this stale energy in my body.

Side of the eye,

This is not how I want to feel.

Under the eye,

I don't know how not to be groggy.

Under the nose,

But I'm sick of feeling all this sleepiness.

The chin,

I know it isn't serving me.

The collarbone,

I wonder if there is any way I could release some of this stale energy.

Under the arm,

Maybe just for right now,

I could be open to releasing some of this grogginess.

Top of the head,

I am open to releasing this sleepiness.

Eyebrow,

I am open to see what that would feel like.

Side of the eye,

I am open to feeling clear and energetic instead.

Under the eye,

Wouldn't that be nice?

Under the nose,

I am open to releasing this sleepiness.

Chin,

I am open to allowing my body and mind to feel clear and energetic.

Collarbone,

I am open to allowing myself to take a deeper breath while I release this grogginess.

And while you tap underneath your arm,

Take a nice deep inhale through your nose and a long exhale out your mouth.

Tapping on the top of your head,

Repeat after me,

I am now open to feeling clear and energetic.

Now place your hand on your heart and begin tapping on the back of the hand in between the tendons of your pinky and ring fingers.

Continue tapping here until your body is filled with this beautiful,

Clear and energetic feeling.

Go ahead and allow yourself to focus on this new feeling of clarity and energy and center it into your heart.

Taking a nice deep breath and observe what this feels like.

Notice if there's a color to this clear,

Energetic feeling.

Continue tapping on the back of your hand as you become open to allowing your inhale to expand this feeling.

And with every exhale,

Your heart is pumping it out throughout your body.

Allow yourself to be open to the expansion of this beautiful,

Clear,

Energetic feeling.

And with each exhale,

Your heart is pumping it out to all your organs,

Filling all your bones and all your muscles.

This clear energy is so strong and so powerful,

It's filling every single cell in your body.

Your body is thirsty for it.

Be open to what this feels like.

Take notice and observe.

When you're ready,

You can take a nice deep breath.

And with every exhale,

Your heart is pumping it out to all your organs,

Filling all your bones and all your muscles.

And with every exhale,

Your heart is pumping it out to all your organs,

Filling all your bones and all your muscles.

And with every exhale,

Your heart is pumping it out to all your organs,

Filling all your bones and all your muscles.

And with every exhale,

Your heart is pumping it out to all your organs,

Filling all your bones and all your muscles.

As you settle back into this moment,

You are now ready to embrace your day with clarity and energy,

With love and gratitude.
