What are your surroundings?
Where are you?
What is your facial expression?
Are you playing?
Are you outside?
What sounds are around you?
How are you feeling emotionally?
What is a statement that this child you would love to hear?
Perhaps that you are loved,
You are safe,
You are enough,
You are good.
You are beautiful.
Go ahead and repeat your chosen statement to the child you.
Notice if there might be any changes within your experience right here,
Right now.
What emotions are you feeling?
What kind of thoughts are moving through your mind's eye?
Do you notice any energy being generated within your body?
Maybe there's been a shift in the vision of your child self,
Maybe not,
That's okay too.
You are loved.
You are safe.
You are enough.
You are good.
You are beautiful.
