Explore MeditationAngela Larson is a Yoga Therapist, E-RYT 500, registered with Yoga Alliance & the International Association of Yoga Therapists. She works and plays in the unceded territories of the Tŝilhqot'in Nation, also known as the Cariboo Chilcotin area of B.C. She offers yoga therapy through online programs, one on one coaching, and free meditations for the world to explore. Angela has suffered from PTSD symptoms including depression and anxiety, chronic pain, and chronic fatigue. Because of her struggles, she turned to the only thing that seemed to support her, which was Yoga Therapy. She continues her journey in wellness and recovery and now she wants to offer and share with others what she believes is a magical and life-changing modality called Yoga Therapy. Her goals are to provide accessible Yoga Therapy to those most in need and she dreams of developing a non-profit organization.
