Take a nice deep breath in.
Exhale.
Let it all go.
In your next breath,
Come back to this moment.
Bring your focus.
On this exact Second.
Notice the room around you in the story of your life.
What does it smell like?
What are the sounds you hear?
Can you notice the taste in your mouth?
We just want to start to engage this sense of being alive right now.
And if you can,
I recommend You snap your fingers.
If you can't snap,
A clap will do.
This is just going to spark our attention back into the present moment.
Once you have your balance up Take a nice deep breath in.
Exhale,
Stare at the balance and gently close your eyes.
As you take your next inhale Exhale.
And accept yourself in this moment.
All the chaos swirling around.
No need to control it.
We're just sitting.
And noticing this breath in.
And this breath out.
And since this is a quantum meditation,
We're going to take a quantum leap into your desired reality.
So breathe in nice and full.
And as you exhale,
I want you to simply decide to start living your dream life right now.
And this next breath in.
It's a fresh start.
Exhale out all the past,
All the bad.
And inhale all the new,
All the good.
Again,
Exhale all the past.
And inhale all the new.
And in this moment,
I want you to notice a feeling in your body.
Of something that wants to exist.
Maybe it's a place you want to move.
Something you want to eat.
A call you want to make.
Or maybe an idea you want to write down.
Whatever that feeling is.
We're no longer going to run from it,
Hide from it,
Be scared about it.
We're just going to breathe into it.
So breathe in.
Exhale.
Ah.
I want you to imagine Your dream reality.
Breathe in.
As if you're already living it.
Because you are.
It happens one breath at a time.
So inhale the new.
And exhale the past.
It starts with a decision.
Breathe in.
