This is the fullness meditation.
This meditation is all about feeling completely free.
Understanding your value.
And emptying the cup.
So as we begin,
Get settled,
Get centered.
Focus on your breath.
And it's time to fill the cup.
Focus.
On your favorite crystal right now.
Which one makes you feel the most full,
The most complete?
And breathe into it.
Notice its color,
Its shape,
Its inherent beauty.
Whichever one you've chosen,
That is you.
So exhale all the stress,
All the worry.
Let's come back to center,
Back to this breath.
In this moment.
Breathe in nice and full.
Focus on that crystal.
And as you exhale,
Gently close your eyes.
Breathing in.
And if you haven't done so already.
.
.
Exhale and close your eyes.
Notice the gentle rise.
The gentle fall.
As the breath goes in and out.
And as you breathe in,
Notice how full you feel with all that air.
As you exhale,
Empty the cup.
Breathe it out.
And I want you to imagine that there is a cup in front of you.
Visualize the cup,
The most beautiful cup.
Perfect cup you've ever seen in your life.
Maybe it's small.
Maybe it's big,
The size of a swimming pool.
Maybe it's made of glass.
Or stone.
In any case.
.
.
I want you to become the cup.
Merge with it.
It is you.
And as you breathe in,
Gently fill the cup with water.
Exhale Empty the cup.
Let it splash to the floor.
Become completely empty.
Next breath.
Breathe in and fill the cup with the most clear,
Pure water,
Filling things up.
Exhale Empty the cup.
On your next breath,
Same thing.
Breathe in,
Fill the cup,
Notice what it feels like to become full.
To become satisfied.
As you exhale,
Empty the cup,
Notice What simplicity!
What release feels like.
One more time breathe in fill it up Exhale and empty it out.
Now in the next step,
As you breathe in,
Keep the cup empty.
Notice the lack of water.
Does not mean the lack of value in the cup.
The cup,
Whether empty or full,
Serves its purpose.
Breathe into that empty feeling.
Excel it out.
Now the cup may be empty for days.
Or years.
But all you need is a moment of water for it to serve its purpose again.
So breathe in.
Fill the cup up once again.
As you exhale,
Do not stop filling it.
Let the cup overflow.
Exhale all the scarcity,
All the fear,
All the doubt.
Let it escape your body and mind.
Let the cup overflow,
Again breathing into it.
Noticing that feeling of abundance and overflow.
Exhale it out.
Do not worry that the water is going to stop.
Breathe in one more time,
Feel the fullness in your body.
Hydrating every cell from head to toe.
Exhale it out.
And a lot.
The flow just doesn't stop.
There's no need to do or push or rush.
The flow is eternal.
So breathe into that eternal flow.
And as you exhale,
Gently dissolve the cup from your mind.
Start to wiggle your fingers and toes.
Bring your focus back to the room you're sitting in.
And take one more breath in,
Fill yourself up with air.
Exhale and slowly,
Slowly,
When it's safe to do so,
Gently open your eyes.
Welcome back.
Pick that specific crystal that you focused on when we first started this meditation.
And take one more big breath in.
Exhale and empty the cup.
I believe that every breath is a fresh start.
It's a new chance to fill the cup.
And clear it out.
So let's take one more reset together.
Breathe in nice and full.
And as you exhale,
Empty the cup.
