In this 20-minute practice, the object of meditation will simply be open awareness - anything that you experience in the present moment. Thoughts, feelings, sensations, and sounds are all welcome here. Your job is simply to notice what's happening to you in the present moment. Meditating in this way can lead to acceptance and peace, as you stop trying to 'fight' the mind. For some, longer meditations may lead to mental fatigue; stop if you feel discomfort.
