Guided meditation to connect with your own crystal to unblock the throat chakra and enhance communication.
Before we start this meditation have to hand a favorite blue crystal such as blue lace agate,
Sodalite,
Lapis lazuli or blue kyanite.
To begin ensure that you are in a seated position such as a chair or sofa.
Your back is straight and your feet are planted firmly on the ground.
Hold your selected crystal in your dominant hand and close your eyes.
Take a deep breath inhaling in through your nose and slowly exhale out through your mouth and repeat again in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Now hold your crystal to activate it and tune into the vibration of your crystal and observe the sensations you feel in your hands and in your body.
You may feel a tingling sensation in your hands or they may feel warm.
Give permission for your crystal to communicate with you as your crystals may have a unique message to share.
Direct your crystals energy to your throat chakra and imagine the homogeneous energy flowing from your palms up your arm and into the area of your throat chakra which is located in the hollow area of your throat.
Place your crystal on your throat chakra and imagine the blue energy healing and shifting any blockages.
Whilst you are here reveal clear intentions on how you wish to improve self-expression and fears around communication.
Place both palms across your throat chakra gently either laying them on your throat or above and repeat after me.
I am able to express myself clearly and fully.
I am able to communicate my truth with ease.
I express openly with love.
I am unafraid to speak my mind.
Repeat these affirmations often to see positive changes arise in your life.
Now focus your attention on your feet and imagine tree roots growing from your ankles into the depths of the earth stabilizing the renewed flow of energy throughout your body.
Breathe gently here inhaling and exhaling at your own pace.
Focus on the chair you're sitting on and become aware of the hardness or softness of the seat.
Extend your focus to your back and shoulders and roll your shoulders back and forwards to gently ease yourself out of its relaxed state.
When you are ready you may open your eyes.
