Let the shoulders relax.

Sink heavily into your seat.

Just sit quietly.

There's really nothing you need to do right now.

Okay,

That was one minute.

Now slowly ease back into your surroundings.

You're invited now to use this space you've created to be open and present to whatever comes next.
